《Ingredients》
Prawn, Pork, Squash, Cabbage, Calamari, Clam, Chinese noodle, Korean Chili
Baby bamboo, White mushroom, Tree-ear mushroom, Spring onion, Garlic, Onion, Bok choy
Chili powder, Oyster sauce, Chicken stock, Soy sauce
《Recipe》
1. Slice 1/4 Onion, 3 leaves of cabbage, 1/4 squash, 2 bok choy, 1 spring onion, 1 Korean chili.
2. Slice calamari (baby octopus), 50g of pork.
3. Stir fry 3 spoons of cooking oil, minced garlic, sliced spring onion on a pan.
4. Insert pork and Korean chili into the pan and stir fry.
5. Inser 1/2 spoon of soy sauce and all veggies except bok choy into the pan and stir fry.
6. Once veggies are half cooked, pour in little water and 2 spoons of chili powder.
7. Insert 600mL water, 1/2 spoon of chicken powder, 1/3 spoon of salt, 1.5 spoons of oyster sauce, 7~8 clam, prawns and calamari into the pan and boil to make soup.
8. Cook Chinese noodle in a new pot.
9. Insert bok choy into the soup and cook little.
10. Pour soup onto the noodle and it’s done!
