Legate Lanius - All Speech/Barter Failures 

I like that the dialogue choices change if you don't have the speech or barter.

Truly a more terrifying villain than Horrigan imo. Horrigan canonically could literally tear Lanius in half with his bare hands viltrumite style, but Lanius isn’t genetically modified and equipped with the most high tech power armor equipment the enclave has to offer.

there's a final speech check after the first 100-check what's different about the courier says, or the outcome of such, if you modify your speech to below 100? anything?

I’ve played through this game so many times, and I’ve never fought Lanius. It feels akin to insult. I know him primarily for his heuristics, for his mind terrifies me more than his brute strength ever could.

There’s an achievement for failing 50 speech checks.

When I Played Falout New Vegas for the first time I failed speech check because I asked Legat if he is retreating at the end.

The NCR emergency radio is cool, but i wish the Hoover Dam battle music played along with it, instead of being completely overridden
