So good and lovely. Thank you, Tim, for truly caring for human development and thank you, Shirley, for the valuable knowledge, and the appreciation towards wellbeing for all of us!
These exercises are GOLDEN! . Some of my 20-30 yrs clients already have a hard time with their posture so were starting them early on the Dr. Sahrmann's routine 🙌🏽 Thanks!
Thank you kindly Tim for having Dr. Sahrmann on your show. She is a legend in her field and it's great that more people will now benefit from her knowledge and expertise. She's a great role model for us all. Fabulous on every level! 👏🏻🙏🏻
After listening to her clarity of communicating with you in the podcast re: your back pain, I was super-impressed that it "read" so well without watching. Of course, in this video, all is very clear too. I do wish that the "average" PT had a fraction of her skills. Many thanks!
I would say that many, if not most, PTs are not that interested in doing this kind of stuff. It requires self motivation and effort to pursue because it’s not stuff that they often learn in school.
I've become such a big fan of Dr. Shirley from a previous podcast episode you did with her, Tim - that episode was the first podcast episode I've listened to all the way!
Wow! I’ve been looking for these exact exercises- so incredibly hard to find. Everyone should be doing these to avoid the hunchback syndrome-which people don’t realize impacts 40% of people as they age.
Thank you so much, Tim. I would really love to share this video with all my elderly relatives. The problem is they do not know English well enough to understand all the necessary tips. If it was possible to add a voice over to this video, I could record one in Polish, which is my native language.
A lot of synergy with what Pete Egoscue has been sharing for 50 years as well. Thank you for getting this out there on the importance of being able to stand upright again!
Thank you Shirley and Tim! I loved your podcast with Shirley and need to listen to it again. Best wishes on your pursuit to fix and manage the lower back pain. Remember that you are your best advocate for your health & well being! Keep seeking the best healthcare you can afford. If only I had this mindset twenty years ago...
Good stuff! Shirley is the goat. I got to meet her at a seminar recently and she is as great in real life as she is in the profession. I couldn’t help but comment on her double watches too… 😁 This lady is the real deal, i hope to be as healthy as her at 86!
