Along with the new bugman's rangers, Undur has added two units of grudge throwers to his army which brings his army up to twenty units strong including his brother's four units of gyrocopters. Their job is to stand watch over the supply line that is fueling Malakai Makaisson's advance against the chaos dwarfs. Though this has left the airbase and its crucial airfield lightly defended, the situation is currently acceptable now that the quarrelers can permanently remain behind to support its defense. "It just has to last long enough for us to either gather additional forces to handle them, or for Lord Makaisson to become available to deal with them," Undur replies as he looks north with his brother across the land. Their current position allows the army to easily reposition in order to intercept any threat above or below ground. "The good news is that Aragris will be happy to have all of the war machines she could want for tinkering. What did Utrid say that she was sending back to her older sister again? Was it four of those...skullcrackers?" Morgris nods, "Never let it be said that Utrid isn't a crafty and intelligent woman because she figured out how to operate those machines in an hour." The two brothers go quiet upon hearing noises in the distance which eventually become clear enough for them both to realize that they are hearing multiple approaching machines. Looking back with initial dread, the two brothers utter a sigh of relief when they see their flag flying over multiple captured war machines and leading the group of dreadquake mortars is an iron demon under Utrid's command. She has the group stop behind her older brother's army in order to rest as the sun sets and make camp. Undur is the first to address Utrid, "I presume that Lord Makaisson's adventure was successful since you're here with enough dreadquakes to flatten an army and a genuine iron demon." Utrid confirms this, and the two brothers can tell from her tone that something has happened. "Are you okay Utrid?" "Don't get the wrong idea that I'm not happy for this success, that couldn't be further from the truth," Utrid then gestures to the group of captured war machines. "We beat this, and the skill of our gyrocopter pilots and the crew of The Spirit of GrungniI at eliminating the crews of these machines without destroying them is a feat in its own right. Our sister will have all the war machines and ammunition that she needs to conduct whatever test her heart desires. I made my contribution to the battle using my runes and I am proud of that and the lives I no doubt saved. However, I thought using my runes against the traitors who fled the love of our ancestors would...it wouldn't leave me feeling hollow inside like I still have nothing." "I know how you feel Utrid, we both do," Morgris states and he points to his personal gyrocopter. "It was my dream when I was first learning to fly a gyrocopter that I would drop bombs on our dark cousins for taking our mother from us until every last thing they built was turned to dust. I still would want that if it wasn't for a good man who mentored me from screening all the way to my departure to join the Masters of Innovation. He made me admit to myself that what I really wanted wasn't revenge, I wanted my mother back. Because that is impossible, he told me to not live for revenge and in grief, but to honor her memory and to live life to its fullest. Of all the things that I have done, choosing to move on and not base my success or achievements on revenge was the one thing that I am the happiest for because it has allowed me to enjoy what I have now created." "It isn't easy to let go, I can second that I had to work hard towards that," Undur adds as he rests his hands on the end of his hammer's shaft. "However, if you think that you can stay for a little bit, we'll gladly find the time to help you get started. The way I did it was to not focus on avenging the dead, but to find ways to ensure that others lived and I found that through my runes. That is why every soldier under my command bears a special rune that I call Cast Iron Skin. Soon they'll bear another called Steel Bones. It grants them protection in addition to any armor they wear (+30 armor). We are not likely to experience battle here, but if we do, lend your power to our cause and I'll help you see your runes in a new light." Utrid shakes her head, "I don't have time, I am under orders from Lord Makaisson to get these machines to a secure location for immediate study as fast as possible. However...once that is done...you promise?" Undur laughs, "Promise? Aye that is a foretelling of the future Utrid." "We haven't let you or Aragris down yet, I don't plan on starting any time soon," Morgris smiles. "You'd better eat something and then get some sleep. You have a long and important journey ahead of you. We'll stand watch and come get you if trouble emerges. Though it almost certainly won't if it sees these machines that you have brought here or finds out that you're here and able to tear it down with the snap of your fingers."

There are high elf encounters in the Norscan region that you can go to for the adventure quest.

I'm sure you've seen the memes, but the Master Engineers can really ramp up the Goblin Hewers. A level 8 Master Engineer with the Conventional can increase Ammunition +30% and Missile Strength +17% each, + a Restock ability (though it's a 50s cooldown). I personally use them in my Cannon-stack but I can see them being super useful with the hewers.

GG. Get the grapeshot. It's another unit deleter, like the Goblin Hewer. But it has more ammo and longer ranger than the Hewer.

Dwarves might be now in top 5 with Malakai and I feel he should have a thunderbarge mount

During that defense against Astragoth at the beginning your Miners were dumping their blasting charges into the back of your Shieldline, it's generally better to put them on hold-fire unless they're directly being charged. Also does the Spririt of Grungni benefit from any of the Lord Buffs for the Air Units? If it also benefits alongside the Gyrocopters and regular Thunderbarges then your Airforce is going to be absolutely insane. Don't forget that you've unlocked other Adventures too and can start working towards them.

The Spirit of Gurney” got 213 kills when I last saw it 13 seconds before it left the battle field. It tells you if you click on it info tab in battle.

Hey always love seeing Malakai (Probably my favorite campaign). So I heared at the end of the video of you wanting to get your economy up for another army, ever thought of just selling that other Kislev region to either Kislev faction? Two benifits from doing so, you can get a boost with the money from selling them and you can get a bit of a buffer so Azazel can go after them and not hurt your economy. (And it was inevitable for him to declare war on you, you are the biggest threat right now in Norsca. But also keep in mind you have Wulfric as well to the farther north and I believe he might come after you next.) Anyway, nice videos btw.

Despite empire being my favorite faction, i just can't get into the elspeth campaign..malakai on the other hand WOOOOOO KEEP THE DWARF TRAIN A ROLLIN', BASED AND DWARFPILLED, ROCK AND STONE.

I love the Thunderbarge and all the new stuff in Mala and Elspeth. Excellent. However, I cannot feel sorry for the Vampire Counts because they lost both the strong Invocation of Nehek (reduced in value it is (quote from Yoda)) AND they lost the possibility to make free zombies and skeletons. So the vamps got nerfed/reduced in strength because some complained about it. Yet we still see wonderful and very powerful things like these new things here. Wonder if the vamps get something sooner rather than later? And yes! I love playing the vamps, especially Vlad, despite this situation.

Not gonna lie I love the chaos of this campaign

Sadly the Apocalypse was forced upo my Imik campaign. Now I have the option to smash into a rat force BEFORE they go to war with me...? They popped up in two places within the Imrik Empire, so maybe... anyway, it gives me a chance to the the High Elven forvce with 4 dragons, one Bret. Pegaus mercenary, Once dwarven Gyrobomber mercenary, one dwarven Thunderbarge, and a Cathayan SkyLantern against ratling guns, etc. My reinforcements include to Ogres Sabretooth Tusk units... a total mix. Lov it! This will be FUN 🙂

in nosca region there is 2 elf expedition

A hardcore mod would be really cool if you could start as a rebel to a faction and try to raid and claim their regions and you have to gain influence through battles to be able to have diplomatic relations with surrounding factions

Lionheart Grapeshot is disgusting you have to try it Legend of Total War showed us how the grapeshot missed a lord and wiped out his whole army in seconds.

The missions the fallen one and shame of the silver pinnacle are not shown in the mission tab as they are part of the legendary grudges in the book edit you just found it should’ve watched the whole video before I commented lol

Dreadquakes aren't so nasty when their out of ammo, LoL...

Lionheart is better not to encounter more factions, it'll be difficult to get t4 or t5 of the age of reckoning, as the grudges requirement increases

Is that supply train used anywhere else in game?

Why do you use the sidebars for Lords & Heroes and Provinces so reluctantly? I find it very helpful to navigate through every action each turn in a more orderly fashion (without forgetting potentially not moved heroes).

Man you should get rid of pirate slayers, they are useless

The OPed lords in this game have made it boring to play. I 'm not getting the new DLC.
