Manto is 15 years older than Aguilera and she was known in Greece for her extreme vocals before Aguilera was even a thing. I am not bashing Aguilera i am just saying that Manto is way older, she can still get those notes by the way i heard her last year and she is fire !!
Mando is 57 years old and had already a successful career while Aguilera didn't even exist. Mando by the age of four, was singing opera arias and other operatic song. She's a classically trained singer by her mother who's an opera singer, and enrolled to the National Conservatory to learn the piano and music theory. She's moved to America and also trained by Barbra Streisand's and Liza Minnelli's vocal teacher. She's also a multi instrumental musician and songwriter.

I guess this is a selection of notes only, but you are right. MANDO is very Soul/Rnb influenced however she came out in the 1980's, when Christina was a child, so definitely more influence from Aretha or others maybe?
Mando did many years of vocal studies in the US . In the mid 80's she came back to Greece and she became one of the best Greek singers with top pop hits

When the title is "Legendary Greek Female Vocalists " and they leave out Maria Callas, Marinella and Haris Alexiou but they include a Cypriot like Anna Vissi. (Of course she should be here but the other ladies should have been as well)
Pitsa papadopoulou is more skilled voice than Alexiou but Pitsa does want to f composers and she dont want to involve with the political forces as alexiou did ! Alexiou has bigger carrier as she deserved cos that 2 reasons ...
@@helgaioannidis9365 J Moushouri has admitted that she did not have the vocal capabilities of Vannou and you put her at the top of the list.. Kalas did something else, there can be no comparison.
