You can in fact run a fairly well decked out Palpatine, *Commander* Vader, both Inquisitors and 3 naked storm/snow troopers Its a gimmick list to be sure, but a welcome one. 4 terrifying units all with force push isn’t a *zero* competitiveness list either lol And then if you swap for Operative Vader it allows for a bigger bid and more upgrades on the Inquisitors

It's also worth mentioning that the "Fear" force upgrade is only 3 points and both of these characters can take a training and force upgrade. If you just have a few points left, it wouldn't hurt to drop it in here. In other words, Demoralize 2 +1 with the command card is a possibility. You could panic a unit in one turn if you (literally) play your cards right. It's conditional but it might be pretty satisfying if you pull it off.

We should get Savage (Mauls Brother) as another Saber Brawler for CIS/ Mercenary. I also think it’s time we get Ezra and Kanan for Rebels. Finally- we’re getting Inquisitors (WE NEED the Grand Inquisitors)- we can then run the Inquisitors as a battle Force and make them an elite army.

I feel like technically since savage and Maul weren’t a part of the CIS during that time they would just be an add-on to the mercenary army, as well as the night sisters

@@BloodBandit I agree! I know Dooku gave Savage a very small amount of training so I figure it might have a chance to be CIS, but I totally agree with you here!

The fact that the barely trained Inquisitors can say "nope" to Yoda or Palpatine is HILARIOUS (in a bad way. This ability should be a basic force user ability, though probably only for Masters of the Force.)

As an imperial player, it's the other factions that need some love. Wookies/Midget Cannibals are not enough :(

I genuinely believe that they are working on Inquisitors so they can vibe out some Saber Brawlers. I believe they will be working towards force user Battle Forces like Elite unit forces (similar to the Wookie List we have recently gotten with Special -Noble Warriors- counting as Core). So after they play with how well Inquisitors fit in the army lists, they might start doing battle forces like GAR with more Jedi. This is pure speculation btw! Also a Pipe Dream!

I would be shocked if Inquisitorius Training doesn't get nerfed before release. 66% chance of blocking a force push *and* the additional Demoralize so it still does something even when there's no enemy force users for just 5 points seems crazy.

I don't know about that. The "Fear" force upgrade has existed since launch and that just gives Demoralize 1. I think if that card could be put on any force user it would instantly dominate the meta but since it's exclusive to them, it just becomes a special rule that only they get. It is extremely powerful but only if they can get close enough to another force user. I guess we'll find out...

We are already doing some home play with these giys and under the right circumstances, they can be pretty nasty. Really brings the manuever game to the forefront (or rather even moreso)

Jedi battle force! They can act as custodes from 40k Expensive but powerful However im a huge fan of wookies and have a small army in route, my rebels have liberated a wookie refugee village and they have takennup arms against the empire and anyone who dares put shackles on there people! Grrrrrurrrrr

I think cheap force users are scary. I think if I were to run these I would probably just take 5th brother and a bounty hunter like Boba Fett

Excited for this expansion because of the opportunity it brings for people to proxy alternatives for these two. You can have way more sith/sabers in your list, always cool. And I even like the anti Jedi vibe they gave them without just using the Jedi hunter rule. Not excited about having these two further cemented into everything Star Wars. Lame as hell characters and that light saber helicopter move is up there with stupidest stuff ever created in Star Wars. Can’t say I’m surprised they were spawned in the rebels tv show.

7 acts Palpatine - Push, Barrier, Reflexes - 215 Op Vader - Tenacity, Into Fray, Push, Reflexes - 200 5th Brother - Training, Push, Tenacity - 126 7th Sister - training, Push 125 3x Snow Troopers - 132 Total - 798, Not only do you get all 4 of them, but they are well upgraded too!
