The framerate is certainly poor in portable mode compared with docked, but I've been having fun playing it on the subway and wouldn't say it's unplayable. -Jared
That's fair. In a world with so many 60fps games, it's certainly tough to play games that are sub 30. Hope you didn't try co-op on the handheld. That's really bad. -Jared
Simon Production Switch has no where near the power of the PS4, Switch is in and around 2x Wii U when docked. But for its size, Switch is an incredible system and is undeniably the most powerful gaming portable around.
Yo, I'm the least biased person ever. But I shit you not (I'm gonna get shitstorm for this) Switch in this video looks freaking better than PS4 and I checked this thing twice. Very well done.
I really want to know why they changed the car. I know it doesn't matter but at some point someone at T2 or WB must have made a conscious decision to devote resources to changing the car.
John Rairdin because Lego sells well.. Lego. Changing vihicles means all the kids want the newer police car. Also they probably don't even make the Wii U police car anymore. I'm 20 and I got the old one for Christmass at 11/12 years old
These are all direct captures from the respective systems. May look worse than memory because Wii U is 720p and is right next to the 1080p footage from the Switch and PS4.
is this the full game or has WB put in the partial game for the Switch. i want to buy but I have been burned by them doing this before for the Vita. why is the Switch 7 gigs wile the others are double that size.
The Wii U size is 20GB. that does make the re-releases less but im still cautious. i bought lego bat man for the Vita thinking it was the same game as the Ps3/4 (cant remember which) only to realize they it was a waste of time and completely different in content.
I've heard the Switch version may have the music/text stored at lower quality compared to other versions. That may be the size difference. It's 100 percent the full game.
they poorly applied dept of field on ps4 and made the game look blurier than switch even for closer objects, makes it look like ps4 can't handle draw distance properly
People surprised the Switch version holds it's own against PS4. It's hardly a game that pushes any boundaries... Not knocking the Switch but don't look into this too much.
"Not knocking the Switch" "It's hardly a game that pushes any boundaries" You actually knocked the Switch for pointing out that its not a game that pushes any boundary
fightnight14 how am I knocking the Switch? All I'm saying is Lego City is hardly a game that uses the even a fraction of the full potential of either console so both consoles will run it pretty much identical.
It's how marketing works, they made switch version to look better for people to buy it.Obviously any other normal game wont look better on switch than on ps4.But i do agree it looks good overall.
Sad that the ps4 version looks the same as the switch version. They could do much more with ps4 like sharper shadows and vegetation, but they only added aa
@@mm43153the numbers have nothing to do with it being one of the best consoles. For most people who have wii u it is a very good console. So if you've never even played wii u don't talk
