LEGS - Seated Chair Workout - Lower Body

Stronger Seniors® is a chair exercise workout program designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in older adults. Workouts can be done seated, or standing, or both. The World Health Organization and the National Institute on Aging recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise for older adults.

Anne, I cannot understand your words due to the tinny music and vocals. If the subtitles were bigger, I wouldn't have to have the audio on. Love your workouts, so creative and good.

This is a good basic movement pattern to teach my memory care and advanced needs assisted living seniors! I will play slower beat music as it takes them longer to catch-on to patterns. Also have yo do more repetitions before pattern changes. Thanks very much!

The part where the foot is extended and point and flex I could not see the foot doing the work. Thanks. Also, the music is louder than your voice.
