Leif was at our company’s event this week. I learned more about leadership in that hour he was there than years of training. It’s just something about a real hero telling you his experiences in real life. You realize that your issues aren’t as bad as we make them out to be and that you can’t give up. He not a tall guy but when I shook his hand I knew in an instant that this dude was no joke. He’s made of titanium I swear lol. Every business needs to have him come and talk. I’ll never forget it. Thanks Lief! God bless you.

Leif is awesome, so is his wife, I follow her news profile on IG, very informative news and facts outlet about current events and history. Now, question to Jack, what's your opinion on recent CBS appearance by the currently serving SEALs expressing frustrations on ex-SEALS writing books, teaching public (and our enemies, who watch those RU-vid channels, or even infiltrate those classes) secret methods on handling firearms, tactics, etc. I'm conflicted about it myself, not against or pro such activity by the ex-SEALS. Need more information to form my opinion after hearing from experts such as yourself. Thank you in advance.

Man the brotherhood between the good team guy's is truly inspiring and makes me rethink my life 💯 we definitely need to get Babin back on ASAP! He can give his review of the book, in fact you can ask guest's and bro's via Skype and make a compilation! That would be awesome 💪🇺🇸

Mr. CARR, I ENTERED THE US ARMY IN 1981 (MOS WAS COMBAT ENGINER), I had to drop out of service with an Trainees Discharge Program,with an honorable Discharge. I excelled from a low life SHIP BIRD, to Platoon Leader.I felt honored that the DS pretty much looked up with to me with as much respect as they were permitted permitted. I couldn't pass the running in the alloted time. I make out in all other physical and mental exams. I felt a much disappointment with self lost respect of my Platoon and drill Sargeant expectations. I didn't serve enough time for and veterans benefits. BTW, earned enough respect from my DS during Boot I wasn't asked/told to do any shit duties . I had to add this with actual pride for simplimistic But must needed MOS importance. Over the future years of my life I upheld military mentality. My expectation of a diff MOS after serving as a combat engineer duty was to enter and service as an ARMY zapper.. US Special Forces has more respect that you can never (or possibility)can imagine. Serving as an ARMY Delta Force soldier and of course leader. Selected fast and overwhelming (non compromised) demanding mission with highly qualified (NEVER GIVE UP A COMBAT FIGHT ATTITUDE) with my highly motivated brothers. All Navy Seal Specialized Teams, ARMY Airbornes Units, Green Berets, Recon teams, and of course US government Contractors.! Even though I was unable to serve with these Specialized Teams I still had the demanding mentality to participate and overcome all odds. In your humble opinion, is it OK to have these feelings throughout my life even though I was self deprived to serve In any of these Specialized Units.??? Please Please reply knowing that YOU have such an honorable respect and for your demanding service to our country,!!!

Love your podcast, Jack. Have you checked out Chris Voss’s masterclass/book? FBI negotiator. He’d be a great guest.
@LordPerique
@LordPerique 3 года назад
Is he the guy who wrote "Never Split the Difference"? Because that is hands down the best book on negotiation I've ever read and everyone I recommend it to(who actually reads it at least) usually ends up saying the same thing.
@paultaegel5641
@paultaegel5641 3 года назад
@@LordPerique Yes! His Masterclass is fantastic as well. It’s mostly the same information found in the book, but it really conveys how Voss uses his voice, which is kind of hypnotic. Another former negotiator he works with, Derek Gaunt, also has a great book called EGO AUTHORITY FAIL that you’ll dig if you dig the Voss book.
