At the start let one lemming go and block all the others. Bash through the little wall and let the lemming go up. At the correct hight let him build stairs. It's quite easy. I saved all except the blocker.
as "good staircase" is a buildign high enuff to let you reach (like in the video) an high position to let the last (out of the 3 passed at beginning) fall on ground and not in the water. then the rest is the same. dunno if in those version there's a better way to save every lemming except the 3 blockers. maybe you can avoid to build 3* stairs above the entrance, using the first blocker very high and buil directly an high stairs.. dunno i couldnt ^^
It's possible to save every lemmings but one. You can put an stopper just beneath the source of leemings, letting one in the left, breaking the case by the left side. Then, this alone lemming can open the whole path along the level. Then, you can by-pass the blocker with a bomb and then stairs from the bottom of the case, or simply building stair over his head. Easy!

On the PS1 version of this level, the lemmings fall from both diagonal pillars if not blocked beforehand. This makes the rest of the level considerably easier than if they simply turned around, though...
I know! Have to waste builders simply to build a ladder the opposite way! Why couldn't you wait until one turns round to the top (i they fall, use a blocker!), desending down and click on him! Saves builder, the ting you need to worry about is timing!!
indeed, same i am playing... and its fucking harder this time, u cant really use the stairs-bashed trick.. im leaving 3 to pass from the start, bashing the first gap to the right (bash on the closest point+ builder asap, and no1 falls the pit) then turn first into blocker (but as said, most dont work.. u gotta be lucky), the other 2 has to make stairs to left wall (both.). when they both turn back, let one be a blocker again, but high enuff to finally build a good staircase..
