This lemon blueberry bread is one of our favorites, especially every winter when our Meyer lemons are ripe! A bit of sunshine when it's cold outside.

I love Blue Berry's. Here in Oregon we are know for growing blue berries and I love going out to pick them,. This year when I go out to pick the berries I will have another recipe to use them in ...Thank you for sharing and I love your left over lemon peels hints,

Linda, I just love the berries in Oregon! I used to live in the Portland area, and there was a huge blackberry bramble behind my house. Nothing like fresh blackberry ice cream. I wish I had been a canner back in those days! Lemon skins are such a great cleaner. I hope you enjoy your lemon blueberry bread when your berries are ripe!

Awesome! Yes, this bread is absolutely delicious. Our blueberry plants have tons of blossoms, but our lemons will be finished before the blueberries (in our yard) are ripe. I hope you enjoy this when you make it!

I have a "gifted" 10 pound bag of frozen blueberries and two Meyer lemon trees that I have frozen juice and pulp and peel from over the last two years that really need to be used up. I'm thinking Easter gifts of this, in the small toss-away loaf pans, would be Yum-A-Licious! Thanks for the recipe
