Next time you try this, see if you have taken care of a few things: 1. Whisk the oil and sugar to a homogenous mixture 2. Bring the yoghurt to room temp before using in any cake recipe 3. Beat the yoghurt to a smooth consistency before adding in the bowl 4. Whisk the mixture really well so that the oil, sugar and yoghurt makes a smooth batter, see how chef's bowl looks just before he adds the lemon juice, smooth and creamy 4. Add the lemon juice by slowly dripping it into the bowl with one hand, while whisking the mixture continuously with the other hand. All the above are tips from my own experiences of making cakes.. chefs make things look easy because its natural for them at their professional level, but for beginners like us, we need to be careful at every step because we dont make these things regularly.. hope this helps..
