One of the first Chromebooks we've had the opportunity to check out here in Las Vegas at CES 2023 is the brand-new Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3i that was announced a few weeks back. If you recall, this Chromebook brings a lot to the table for an affordable device and could greatly change the landscape of low-priced, consumer-facing Chromebooks over the course of the next year.

I absolutely love it when they include a full HDMI, it is so useful and 300 nits! When this goes on sale for $199 I am so in. Watch out next Christmas!

I just bought the Flex 3 2022 a couple months ago and I gotta say I absolutely adore it. This looks amazing, I will definitely consider an upgrade once the reviews are dropped.

Great to see this, thanks. Overall design doesn't look too different from the 6th gen. (with the N4500 / N6000) - same plastic body design, keyboard and port selection by the looks of it. Good to hear positives on the new processors and looks like they've managed to slim down those bezels (at least the sides and top?) with the new screen. Looks like a new webcam setup at the top of the screen.

Awesome video I'm glad Lenovo is bringing nice features to the budget market. Side note my 1st chromebook was Lenove 100e 2nd gen.

Those little 6w CPUs are rather powerful. I wonder when we are gonna see the Alder Lake N on the store shelves. I still see tons of N4020 Gemini Lakes Chromebooks at BestBuy and Walmart, with Jasper Lake chips just beginning to make an appearance.

In 2020, they set the bar for the mid-level chrome book with the Flex 5i and they did it again at the entry level chrome book with this new Flex 3i.

Similar to the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 which has a better screen but much slower processor. No mention yet of USI Pen support? If it has it, I'll be in line to preorder.
