hi, thanks for the video. I have the same model and i wonder this S145-14IWL are supported m.2 nvme or not? Because i havem't heard people upgrading this model with nvme drives

Hi. I really like your video's. You mention in several of them about cloning the HD using a USB to SATA adapter cable. Could you be more specific on the software you use to do that? I have one of these cables and you mention you will put this information in the description, but I can't readily find it. And you kind of breeze through this topic pretty quickly, so it is not obvious to me how to do this. Do you have a video which talks specifically about how to clone HDD's to SSD's? Many thanks for the work you do.

Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: 1st of all i do NOT recommend cloning HDD to SSD , for few reason, windows 10 does a abit different on partitions and system on ssd than HDD, i would recommend a fresh install of windows 10 on your SSD its MUCH MUCH better. and 2nd downside of cloning HDD to SSD is that you may get Blue screens and error maybe not right away but in and windows update or an specific programs. we have done an extensive testings and from 40 cloning we got 16 with error and crashes , and we used many different tools of cloning and licensed programs clonezilla, Macrium Reflect, and even used a dock stations for cloning and for OS cloning from HDD to ssd its bad but if you go from HDD to HDD or SSD to SSD its 100% safe zero fail. i would recommend you to add your email account to the windows 10 so its linked your serial number, and burn windows 10 into your usb drive: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uDu8j2lE-dM.html then once you have it the plug into your laptop and place ssd and boot into usb and if you want the tricks and best way of installation of win10 just for the steps follow any of my windows 10 installation steps part: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GkMZyCUarIA.html and you can get an external enclosure to convert your HDD to external storage: amzn.to/306H6Am

@@uFixTek Hi. I'm so sorry, but I made a mistake in my explanation. What I really want to do is clone an SSD to another SSD. I have Lenovo T460 with a 250Gb SSD. It has a fresh install of Win 10 Pro. Now I want to upgrade the SSD to a 500Gb. So I thought it would be easier to clone the SSD rather than reload Windows on the new one. However since the new drive is larger than the current drive I know I have to extend the partition on the new drive or the cloning process will only create 250Gb on the new drive, instead of creating a full 500Gb of space. I thought you might have a video of how to clone an SSD to a larger SSD and how to properly extend the partition. It doesn't appear that you have a video or explanation of how to do this, which is fine. I just think you do a great job of teaching and instructing in your videos and was hoping I could watch you explain how to do this. Maybe you could refer me to a good video that explains this process easily. Thank you for responding to my question and keep up the good work. You are a born teacher. I have two questions. Hope you will help me by answering. 1. Will it support M.2 nvme or only M.2 SATA 2.If i upgrade my ram from 4gb to 8gb will its performance increase or not or i just need to upgrade only ssd.

I have answered your question regarding NVMe storage in your previous comment. Adding RAM will not have a significant, dramatic effect on Windows loading performance. RAM is particularly useful for handling browser tabs and resource-intensive programs that work with large files, such as video editing software. The main performance improvement will occur when you replace the HDD with an SSD. The differences between the two are incomparable in terms of loading times and overall system responsiveness.

i have no idea what is the question! the hdd adapter will be attached to the cable, it is one part. if you but new hdd it will not come with adapter in the box. your laptop should have the adapter.

Instead, they come with a GPU chip that is soldered onto the motherboard. Some models do not even have a dedicated GPU; instead, they have an APU, which refers to integrated graphics within the CPU. If your model does have a dedicated GPU, you should be able to locate it under the heatsink, next to the CPU. However, in this particular video, the GPU was not soldered due to the version limitations. imgur.com/a/8o5Lpwq
