I recased a Lenovo ThinkCentre M91P Small Form Factor that I bought off a local seller to a spare Micro ITX case I have laying around so that I could use a full size GPU with it.
The Dell RTX 3060 Ti I got from a Dell XPS 8950 desktop. Videos related to it here:

There is a chance you could install drivers for the 1st gpu and then it will work.

What if I put a 1660 ti or a 2060 in it?

Should work no problem as long as your power supply can handle it.

@@ComputerizedCanada So do you recommend putting a 2060 with a 550 watt source? In lenovo o m91p? or rather... could you do it?

@@franciscojavieribarrajimen1972 Yes a RTX 2060 would work but your GPU will be bottle-necked most of the time by your CPU during gaming. You will likely notice that your CPU usage will be constantly at 100% while your GPU usage will be much less.
