1) Cut the celery into two parts 2) Chop 1/2 onion 3) Crush 1 clove of garlic 4) Wash 300 gr. of dried lentil under cold water 5) Cut the bread for the croutons 6) Toast the bread with a hot pan 7) Take a deep pan, I use the Wok, and add 2 turns of olive oil 8) Turn on the fire over medium heat and add the onion, celery, garlic and a bay leaf 9) Brown for a few minutes and add the tomato puree 10) Add the lentils and plenty of water to cover everything 11) When it boils, add a teaspoon of salt and a little water and cover with a lid 12) After 15 minutes check the cooking and add water if necessary 13) After another 15 minutes the cooking is finished 14) Turn off the heat, remove the celery, garlic and bay leaf 15) Add a little olive oil and black pepper - - - Buon Appetito! - - -
