I mean, Ada is an extremely manipulative sexy super spy, meaning she be should trusted LESS than Wesker. Don't get me wrong, Ada is an amazing character. Just NOT necessarily as a love interest for Leon.

Smack and choke by a tyrant in re 2 and re damnation, got kicked by giganta (giant in re4), got kick and tackle by krauser multiple time and lastly being blown up by an oil gas tank in re 6… So yeah not normal for a normal human
Leon is not a regular human which a lot of people tend to overlook. Capcom is known for not spoon feeding everything to its RE community and leaves everything up to the players to figure out. The files in og Re4 n Remake literally proves my point. Just look this up or just play through both games and read the files throughly. Those were also confirmed without Capcom saying anything. L There’s files about the plaga themselves and what are the side effects and what it does to a host body. All the plaga files u find literally talk about how anyone with the plaga has had its downfall and either died or turned. The upside to having the plaga is that it makes the host body physically enhanced, past peek human condition. Leon is the only host whom withstood the plaga without turning for 15hrs. No host has survived or withstood the plaga without turning. Leon literally had it too long that it already did its damage and altercations to his body. Again the plaga literally grants enhancements to ones physicality. Leon getting rid of the plaga after 15hrs only got rid of the bad side effects plus the Plaga itself but the enhancements remain. That radiation machine is designed to attack the grown plaga and nothing more. In order to undo the altercations the plaga did to Leon’s body is to basically create a serum to reverse the altercations, and the only one who was capable of doing that was Luis but he is dead. So this scenario is left on a cliff hanger for the time being. The only confirmed protagonists to be super human/soldier are Leon (cuz of the plaga), Jill (cuz of the P30 device that was mind controlling her which also enhances ones physical capabilities and T-virus side effects after being cured caused her to age slow too), Sherry (cuz she has the G-Virus), Jake (cuz he’s Wesker’s son.) Ada is a complete mystery so no one knows lol. Ethan & Rose as well. As for the rest of the protagonists like Chris, Barry, Rebecca, Claire and etc are normal humans. Chris is just a jacked mf.

I've seen a lot of films and they always make the female characters seem stronger. Leon would have easily won this fight but then it would have been boring.
She was infected with control las plagas the same type Krauser had she got impaled right in the chest where the Plaga is basically killing the plaga and so being unable to regenerate that's why she died. It's a cool subtle detail
Chris got almost defeated by Glenn Arias in his human form in RE Vendetta... Also Chris can give Wesker those beatdowns only in gameplay in RE 5 in cutscenes he is thrown around like a ragdoll by him

TBH, given what Leon's canonically tanking in this, I think it's fair to assume that he's far beyond human. Like, if a lady can kick a piece of steel so hard it embeds itself in other steel like a blade and break concrete with her fists and you're fine after tanking kicks and punches from her, then it's safe to assume that you're at a minimum around her level of strenght/resilience.
Leon has gone through worse, he was slapped by G in degeneration, squeezed and punched by a tyrant in damnation, squeezed by tyrant Glen in Vendetta two times and he didn't even scream once instead he punched the tyrant on his hand, was thrown at a wall by a freaking tyrant, hit his shoulder, proceed to roll a little and started firing a degale on the tyrant meanwhile Chris was also being squeezed by Glen and he started screaming, then he later punched Leon which Leon used for his momentum, dodged his second punch while falling down proceeds to kick a tyrant on his face to which the tyrant reacts is then kicked and nearly falls of the building, the tyrant picks him again and squeezes him (Leon has a thing for being squeezed it seems) again and says to Leon he will spill his guts all over when he was not screaming instead showing the look that screamed "Imma kill you one or other once I am out of your grip, even if I die I ain't satisfying you" he also, was bullied by the tyrant in RE2 the original one pretty badly, ran faster than 48 MPH (approx) in degeneration, and even survived falling from high places, not to mention survived explosions and other crazy stuff.

I remember the fight when chris got his ass kicked by glenn really hard and in the end when chris was about to lose the glass broke and glenn fell down plot armor saved him as usual Maria was aggressive to leon and her punches were strong enough that broke thick concrete still leon tanked her punches and in the end he fought her h2h and killed her Leon is better and stronger than chris

No matter how much I love RE Series… the plot armor is…….. no word to describe. It’s better not to look for explanation. I just need to remember that I’m watching this for fun and no protagonist ever dies
Leon has already defeated stronger opponents, she is a woman and they intentionally made her look as if she was very strong, if Leon had ended the fight quickly it would have been boring.

So.....she can kick a metal panel off, kick it again in mid air with such force that it penetrates metal console, but can only punch a human head just heavy enough to inconvenience him. She can punch through metal console and yank out a series of wires. Yet, her death blow to the head of a regular human can be blocked by the power of forearms. Awesome 👌

She’s superhuman, she was experimented on by Glenn. He combined both plaga and progenitor virus to make a stronger version of the t-virus and made the A-Virus
It's because he got infected by a bug which caused him to be in a lot of pain. However, Rebecca was able to cure him on time. During the fight, he was still recovering from the infection so he wasn't able to fight at his full capacity until the cure finally kicked in. It's still very impressive though how he was able to tank all of those attacks and manage to defeat her in only a punch and two kicks.
