As you know I’m a strong Less Lethal advocate and over 90% of situations don’t require lethal force. Those are some great options you highlighted. But here in the USA things are getting worse and having a lethal backup option is essential, be it a PCP airgun, knife, or firearm. Never be without a fail-safe because concealed guns are ubiquitous here.
There can be a lot of grey areas pertaining to violent situations or scenarios and less than lethals are a excellent way of dealing with some of these said situations.
It’s weird the people that go on pages of people who talk about less lethal knowing that is what will be talked about and then rail about how it’s dumb etc. 🤦🏽♂️ We don’t go over on gun pages and tell gun owners how dumb they are for wanting to always kill people etc. It’s so odd. Another thing I had a run in with a neighbor a few months ago over parking (we were having a neighbor dispute) and he is a pretty large guy . This guy rolled up on me in the dark fussing at me for parking in front of his house even though all parking in our neighborhood is open and there are no assigned spaces, you can park anywhere. I’m in MD and the guy never touched me so I could not pull out my real gun and shoot him. So after the run in I started wearing my Byrna SD on my hip. About a week later the guy came to me and we talked the situation out. He didn’t know if I had my real gun or not, I never pulled it out, never said anything but I feel the Byrna on my hip helped defuse the situation. Another point there is a guy on RU-vid that hates Byrna. I posted on his page to give ONE example of the person who had a Byrna or other less lethal that has been shot or hurt using or carrying it? 🤔 Anything can happen but it’s not inevitable!
That is an awesome story! It is very true you can defuse a situation just by showing you are carrying. I would much rather face an assault charge with a Byrna than an attempted murder charge with a firearm and it’s not always easy to claim self defense without a witness! Thanks for your input!

how are PCP air gun laws in your state? with how the advancements in airgun tech is going, its becoming more viable to have as a home defense tool. nothing wrong with less-lethal as a primary go to, just personally I would have lethal as a secondary if possible. also how you checked out the huben gk1 pistol? looks pretty sweet.
PCP makes for a great home defense weapon but traveling in vehicle must be unloaded, depending if the cop is having a bad day he can still get you for having a loaded weapon which most likely would get thrown out in court because it’s not a firearm! Love the Huben pistol it’s a beast!
@@airgunnerreviews7888 Over the last 3/4 of a century I have been forced to use a real firearm to defend myself more than once because there were no pepper ball guns in those days. I wish I had a less lethal when I worked with the agencies. If people are incapable of using critical thinking skills they should not troll airgun sites.
Interesting I didn’t remove any posts I really don’t know what happened! The other firearm is actually a Rugar 10/22 with a Magpul conversion to give it a meaner look, I also own a bolt action Savage Impulse which was not shown only because it is slow for follow up shots if needed. I don’t own a lethal pistol as of yet, NY State is a very hard state with a lot of red tape!
It’s Leshiy not Lesley, “dont” is spelled don’t. Letal is spelled lethal. You do not use “no letal” in a sentence and it should be “not lethal”. Unfortunately you do not understand the video context because your English and education is below a young child’s. I would stick to watching and commenting on cartoons it is better suited for your IQ.
Great points. Do you think before LL was marketed that people were slagging others because they used a baseball bat for defence? The shape of launchers alone is the trigger (pun intended)for those that think they can shoot whomever they like that even steps on their property and yes it varies from state to state and country to country. Unless you are directly defending your family or the interior of your home LL is a good choice. Just ask the guy sitting in prison.
I absolutely agree! Less lethal should be your only choice if it’s not an immediate threat to you or your family but unfortunately not all see it that way!
The first real rifle was a match lock. You are on the wrong site. If Greg McMichael had of used a pepper ball gun he would not be in prison for life plus 20 years without the possibility of parole.
There are people out there that think and believe that if they can own a firearm they can use it for any reason , most of these guys who say they have glocks believe there’s no safety 🤔 what about the trigger safety . Don’t worry about these guy we may have seen one already on tv and don’t know it . There are more less lethal and 2A supporters “responsible “ then those guys who will eventually end up in jail because they don’t understand why less lethal comes into play with or without firearms
