When i mixed the tomato passata, soffrito, wine, stock, and everything else and put it in the pot it ending it up being more watery and less red. I am waiting for it to cook. It might have to cook longer, maybe? Im not sure what i did wrong. It would have to be a proportion issue… maybe too much sofritto…
