Please make more of these. Time is usually what makes me eat shitty processed food, and seeing stuff get made from scratch this fast is a huge inspiration. Been making pasta from scratch every night because of this video.

The fact this dude didn't lose a finger while using that processor blade for everything is staggering. That he managed to also make some pasta along the way, and in significantly less than the five-minute target, is nothing short of astounding IMO. All these babies commenting that it looked like shit and whatnot clearly can't appreciate this guy's obvious skill in and dedication to his craft shining through the video DESPITE the limitations of the challenge. And clearly the prep work has to be done already FFS. You really wanna watch a video of some dude weighing out flour 'n' shit? There's a reason that sorta thing is skipped in cooking shows.

I work at Dollar Tree and around the store above the aisles I place a jar of gherkin pickles so I have gherkin pickles all around the store that I'm able to snack on while I work I haven't been caught yet and it's a great

I don’t get it. I would have rather seen him do it with normal tools. What’s the point? We all have knives and spoons. It’s not even 5 minutes because you have to wait for that water to boil, wash the vegetables, gather ingredients, etc. This just further demonstrates how detached all these cooking videos are from actual home cooking. The guy seems cool though I’d watch more of him.

Maybe I only speak for myself... but I am here to learn and experience, not watching Beat The Clock. Trying to mimic evenings on the Food Network doesn't teach us anything. I wish Chef Secchi had been given the time (and respect) he has earned to teach us how make this dish properly. You really should invite him back to showcase and educate us on some regional Italian dishes.

If you want to eat good food then all you need to do is entrare sempre nel ristorante Italiano, wherever you see Italian people there si mangia molto bene, you can find good food from another counties as well but remember first is mangiare italiano nel mondo, after that you can name other foods from other countries just remember to be genuine and start always counting on this way, italian food and then.............................................. 😄😄😄
