Thank you for posting this recipe. I appreciate it more than I can say. I’ve missed pizza and have been trying to figure out how to make a cauliflower crust pizza but this so so much better. I’m planning to make it for 4 of my lean and greens next week.

Excellent lean & green. It didn't taste like it had cauliflower in it. I was a bit short on cauliflower rice, so I added some zucchini to bring it up to 2 cups. I will be making it again for sure. I plan to freeze some of these to keep handy for some quick meals. Thanks for sharing!!

Unfortunately could not find turkey pepperoni anywhere this week, and was going to substitute less regular pepperoni in the recipe, could you possibly give advice on how much regular pepperoni I could substitute and how I could fix the lean ratio since I can't use turkey pepperoni? Hello I’ve been on OPTAVIA for 2 months now and going on my 3rd month on the 30th of this month. I have found your videos very educational. Could you please let me know if Classico tomato & basil pasta sauce is OPTAVIA approved? If so, how many Tbsp should I use as a healthy fat? Nutritional facts: •1/2 cup - 50 calories •1g - total fat •8g - total cab
Hi Liz, I am happy to help you with this. But your best option is always to reach out to your coach for support. I am not always as quick as I would like to be in responding to my comments😉 But from the macro count provided: 1/4 cup would count as 1 Green That would make it 25 calories and 4 carbs which fits the macro count for a green. It is not a healthy fat. HF has to have 40-60 calories/ 4-6 grams of fat / 5 carbs or less. I hope this was helpful.
