Thank you for sharing your story of Levi's day I wondered what had happened. Its so difficult to go into a new relationship "with luggage" I know its common but its darn hard. Shame on Levi's DAD that he could not understand how hard it is to have a child who is autistic I SALUTE YOU Kim for been a mother to three boys May God bless you abundantly

"They were donkeys", I just about fell over. Then jack-asses, which completely explains orneriness!!! You'll never know how our conversation about my horse and miniature donkey helped me. You may not think it was much, but it absolutely saved my heart and we still have both boys out in the pasture. Thank-you for that. You're not rambling either it's sister-like love and visiting I need so much in my life ♥. It is so adorable when the goats respond to your calls!!!

I was a single parent and I know it is not easy. Both of my kids dads have passed on so still a single parent but now to adults. Still not easy. Much 💜 from upstate NY.
I loved listening to your stories. The length was great to me. I had a couple of things to do and didn't want to do them. I listened to your video while completing the tasks, and your stories made it go by fast and held my attention. As a woman, I appreciate the details in a story that you include. I used to tease my husband that he needed to give me the details like a woman. 🤣

More in common with you, my ex and I have stayed good friends for our children, we agreed at the time,before the divorce. Then our daughter was in horrific accident, Tramatic brain injury, in a coma for 8 months. We to this day are best friends, and we share taking care of her, this happened 29 years ago. My point is that so many people have so many things in common and no one is aware. Gods way of putting us together through videos, and that not all divorces have to be bad💜
My husband left me for another woman. I was not nice about it. But eventually, like my daughter's graduation we had to get together as a family and by that time I realized he was not coming back. Forgiveness freed me up. I really missed my husband and seeing him at family events was wonderful and good for the kids too. So I realize what you mean.
Kim thank you for sharing your life with us all. Being a single mom is so hard. I have two boys. 27 and 26 years old. The last time they seen their dad my youngest son was 6 months old. 😢 which believe me is for the best. He never paid child support and the little bit of money I did get was paid by his sister and what she paid every month did not even cover their school lunch tickets. She paid it for about 3 months and then stopped. When my oldest son was 25 he called his dad and that call lasted 10 minutes and not one time did his dad ask about what his son was doing in life or how he was. The ten minutes was his dad taking about his other kid that was in prison. It broke my heart to see the disappointment my son had on his face when he hung up the phone. He never reached out again to talk to him. Anyway thank you for sharing your story with us. Life can be hard but we push on for the love of our children. God bless you 😊 ❤️ 🙏

Good Morning, Kim! Thank you for sharing your story- Blended families can be tough- I was my husband’s second wife, he had two boys, 15 and 6 when we got married. The littlest one was a holy terror and caused a lot of friction in our marriage. We stayed a united front in his punishment, which was good…dealing with his ex wife, was another story! Anyhow, we were married for 25 years, and he got cancer and passed. ( he was the funniest, nicest, best friend I could have ever asked for 😢) my oldest step son and I are close and he has two children, who are my grandkids and I am very happy. I know your pain of dealing with step kids, it can be hard as heck! You did an amazing job raising all your kids and making a home for them- you should be very proud of yourself. ! ❤️
Hi Kim👋 I love to hear you talking about stuff ‼️ The time goes really fast😏 It was a good thing that you did not clean out your garden area. The pollinators will overwinter in that debris ~ if you got all that out last fall ~ you would be losing all those "good" critters. Now, they had a good winter's nap and are ready to help you with the garden🤗 this spring! I live in Baltimore, we can't plant till May for fear of late frost🙄 In 1941, there was a lot of SNOW on Palm Sunday‼️ I wasn't here yet but my folks had the pictures 😉 Thank you for your posts . . . ♥️'em 🥰

I just love when you share about Levi and his development/ life stages! As a fellow AU Mama, I know each child is completely different, but I love hearing how other parents journeys are! Especially Levi, since you’ve done such an amazing job parenting and he is such an amazing young man ❤️❤️ My 2 boys are only 11 and 9 (my youngest is autistic, has SPD, seizures and a chromosome anomaly) and I feel such a connection with your story! Love Levi's honesty. He knows what he wants. Sometimes I just don't think men know how to handle children at all, especially one with a disability. It like makes them nervous. I have Spina Bifida and my dad didn't start really coming around to take me places until I was old enough to communicate with him and my bones weren't as fragile. Once he knew I was mentally and physically ok for the most part, he slowly started coming around and now he doesn't leave me alone eventho i live with my mom.lol Plus I look just like him minus the facial hair because I'm a girl.lol 🤷🏼♀️😂😂😂
As humans we naturally fear what we don't know. I'm sure hearing your baby cry and knowing something just isn't right, but not knowing WHAT.. the most terrifying thing a parent can go through. I know it's NOTHING like what Kim has lived, but my son was 6. I was making dinner while he was playing in the living room. Playing video games with my friend. Next thing I know my son's running to me. My friends hot on his heels asking him if he's ok. I JUST HEARD laughing. So WHAT is going on?! My son is twitching and stuttering and can't speak. I sit him up on the table and I'm trying to calm him down, check him out, and get the story. It just started. Out of the blue... As I'm looking at it.. I KNOW .. IN MY HEART... EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING AT!!!! but my son doesn't have THAT!! After 5 min and he still couldn't get a sentence out. I called his dad and told him I was going to the hospital!! I was trying not to freak out completely, but the second he looked at me and said "Mommy, somethings WRONG with me" ... Well... Tried to get that out. He did but THAT'S what caused me to completely just lose it. Sure enough i partner that night. That at about 5-7 is when tourette's syndrome is diagnosed. He has a mild case. That first night was the worst. After that it seemed to get much better. He has ticks. When he gets excited, scared, mad, or laughing hard... Then he'll start twitching or stutter a few times. Calming down fixes it immediately for him. I knew the second I seen it, but it literally was NOT there one min and fully there the next. That fast!! But I had no idea. So I was scared it was his brain or something. We got extremely lucky. Trey doesn't even take medicine for it or anything. No special Drs. He will be 10 May. That day I had MORE fear within me then I've EVER had.
That being said... Not EVERYONE is built for that. It takes a strong and special person. ♥️♥️ It isn't an excuse at ALL. Because some don't have the choice to not step up!! He was trying to cope and that's why he was drinking. Kim did the RIGHT thing. Levi and how freaking awesome he is- PROOF!! ♥️ we either fight fear head on or run from it. It's most definitely his loss. It doesn't make him a horrible human, but I'm sure he was regrets. Maybe one day they'll be able to have a good relationship.
You are a true survivor. I love it when you ramble and I watched this from start to finish. I am so glad Honey is still with you as she loves being outside with you. Like you Kim nothing beats fried green tomatoes.

Kim you’ve been through so much and survived it all with love and Grace you’ve managed to keto your boys and yourself safe and with a roof over your heads and food on the table ! Kim your a testament to what living with God as your guide and determination of spirit we can all get through life and still find joy, happiness and build and rebuild our lives if we believe in ourselves and believe that God will never forsake us or leave us out on a limb alone with out away ti get through and not just survive but thrive ! Laughing is important! I too have been married a few times and one of them was a french man that was quite a bit younger (don't judge) lol. He didn't speak much English and I didn't speak much french so we ended up laughing a lot about the things that we would say to each other. It lasted 10 years and we cussed each other out more than a few times but we also laughed . It was a very interesting ramble and I stayed for every bit of it. You are telling your stories about your family…love it! I married a man with a previous couple marriages with quite the past. I can relate with your stories.
