So funny to me watching this, I was a rebel back in the day, this is the way I did my eye makeup 25 years ago, some ppl thought I was weird lol! But I loved it! I added other colors in the middle too...damn rebel

Beyoncé sets her makeup like crazy so her sweat doesn’t move it. I would recommend you try the makeup by Mario liners or try using a black eyeshadow on top to set your liner. Also try to figure out if it’s moisture from your eye or the product that might be the problem. Sometimes our eyes just don’t like eyeliner tbh
When you look closely it looks like one fat wing with the silver/white drawn in the center. Yours looks great but I think that’s another option and might be easier to do.
