ICYMI: The all-new Notion Calendar app can make this template/build even easier to view! Check out my video covering the app and how to use it as a master calendar here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WqrUvD25g1k.html
I literally watched all the videos about notion calendars and yours is the only one I could understand ahaha I was starting to think there is something wrong with me :D THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Can you make a video about how to link different database into one Master Calendar? For example, I have separate work spaces for each of my subjects (Anatomy + Microbiology) and I want to create a Master Calendar synced with different my different databases.
You might wanna try doing this on Notion Calendar! Notion itself doesn’t let you bring separate databases with the date property into a “master” but this is possible using Notion Calendar. Just add your database with dates into the app and you’ll get the effect you want
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH !! This is the only video that I found that was helpful to me! I been looking for this type of tutorial for three days! Really thank you Very well explained ! I am subscribing to your channel right now !!!
Great explanation of creating a Master content calendar. Quick question I have a content calendar but not a master content calendar database. Should I make one, I’m new to Notion and recieved a content calendar from someone.
This is such an awesome video. I was struggling to create a consolidated calendar and I was able to that by following your exact method! :) Thank you very much for this video!
Aww, glad it was helpful, Divya! So happy the exact system applies to you. I also had the same need and decided to DIY it this way. :) Thank you for the kind words!
Hey there! There's unfortunately no easy way to merge everything aside from transferring your data from one calendar database to a master one, then filtering from there.
Hey Sania! You'd only have to repeat the steps here but instead of setting a Select property per platform, you can just create separate Notion calendar databases for each one.
Hey there! This is unfortunately a limitation of Notion; if you keep things in separate databases, you can't "merge" them into one calendar. You'll have to manually add/move all of the separate tables' data into one master, add properties to distinguish then filter them out from there as I show in the video
You’re welcome! And your concern is super common, which is why I decided to do this video to show one “hack” to make everything show up in one place :)
@@micaangelicagonz Yes i see keep do like this amazing videos. I also just emailed the Notion support team i hope they can add this option in the future updates
