I used the plastic cup in the Soyabella to make a nut creamer and it does work well for small amounts. Also do a second run with the soy milk and that cooks the soy milk further as well. I’m normally doing a million other things at the same time so the “set it and forget it… (for a while)” is fine in my world. 😂

I bought the Arcmira (on your recommendation) because I wanted to try the okara for the Ninja Creami. It’s been the right amount for me because otherwise I don’t really use (plant) milk and I really love it. But now I’m going to keep an eye out for Prime Day deals on the Miomat 😂 because it would be nice to make more to freeze.

I let the milk sit in the Soyabella after it’s done since that thing stays crazy hot for a long time. That cooks it extra without dirtying another thing.

Kathy, could you tell me at what temperature we lose vitamin content when plant based milks are heated? Also, what temp does the MioMat take plant based miks? I think I read around 108 degrees. Is this correct ? I have an Almond Cow, but I am thinking about purchasing the MioMat, Thank You!

I honestly don't know, but the raw setting on the Miomat heats it to the accepted raw temp. Soy has to be cooked at a higher temp to make it safe to consume.
