I know this is off topic, but i trust your judgement. What are your thoughts on using Oil of oregano and also R factor Alpha lipoic acid as daily supplements?
Technically, thanks to both RU-vid and Health Canada guidelines, I cannot provide specific advice outside of clinic. However... I will say that if it were me I would NOT be using oil of oregano daily. It's what I call "the big guns" and I only use it if nothing gentler has worked. It's very harsh and can disturb the gut flora balance. I am not super familiar with alpha lipoic acid personally so I cannot comment on that one.

Gracias for the video! Despite the snow on the ground, I actually have fresh thyme that I overwinter indoors; would you advise drying first, or would you measure differently for tea? I know with some of my other herbs fresh vs dried can very pretty different (taste/ prep wise, anyway) - thanks in advance and cheers!
I've worked with clients with COPD before yes. Nothing that is on RU-vid due to strict Meta and Health Canada regulations, but you can definitely support it with herbs!
