We actually do have a couple of bits of Natlan lore. Obviously it's crumbs compared to anything else, but we have the Lavawalker set lore, which gives a bit of insight into the Mare Jivari, and we have the Talking Stick lore, which kind of talks about legendary historical figures in Natlan's past, and how this guy called Tenoch tried to unite the tribes of Natlan to fight a war - presumably during the Khaenri'ah cataclysm. Also Nymph's Dream spoiled the Narzissenkreuz world quests more than it did the archon quest.
I'm determined to get arlecchino with her signature weapon only for it being a scythe in her hands lol, my fav weapon type in any game or character design soooo.... lately I hadn't been paying a lot of attention to plot(I just don't have time 😭😭😭😭) so ig i can justify myself by pulling her bc I don't know all the details about her character yet lol, thx for the video!!!
I'm so conflicted if to pull for Arlecchino because of this trailer. She was already on thin ice because of the Furina incident (Furina is my favourite character) but I wrote it off because I love the found family thing the twins and Freminet got going on that kinda includes Arlecchino as their "Father". But now they are fighting and at least from the trailer it seems to be pretty serious. My theory is that she is trying to force Leney to become the next "Father" and that's why they are fighting. I think I'll have to wait to complete the quest and see how everything resolves and then decide if I like her character or not bcz right now there are too many things I don't know about her. In terms of gameplay she doesn't seem particularly interesting since I already have all pyro characters except for Klee. Also, we've actually got another piece of lore about Natlan dropped as Fountain was introduced through the description of the relatively new 4 star claymore from the battle pass The Talking Stick. And saurian apparently means related or belonging to a former suborder of reptiles which includes lizards (definition from google). Anyway, thanks for the awesome content!
Yeah I'm definitely interested to see what's going to go down in her story quest, it seems really intriguing. I wouldn't mind if she's more antagonistic, but I too really like the Lyney siblings so we'll see how I feel... I have a feeling it's not as bad as they're making it out to be lol Personally, I'm really hung up on her kit lol. I really, super don't want another pyro dps since I have three already that I love, like you said. I think I'll unfortunately have to skip her, even if I've been excited for a slightly more sinister character for a while, because I've been avoiding DPS's that I'm just going to build then shelf...
