When I feel up to it I love reclimbing all the way up Dragonspine. The exploration has gotten so expansive yet Dragonspine still remains my favorite location. Favorite soundtrack as well, it feels cozy and sad at the same time because of the long gone Sal Vindagnyr kingdom (also Albedo is one of my fave characters so I definitely have a bias for the location) ❄️
played since 1.0, lost in klee banner got qiqi and she is the worst 5* leading to gacha frustration and i went hiatus all the way till eula banner. didnt regret it one bit...hoyo did a good job by making me not missing anything and still enjoying the game at my pace
i ADORE Dragonspine, the first time i step on this land i was like "holy shit this is a real deal". The fear mix with excitement when i was in Dragonspine was unmatched. I would love to see something similar to this in Natlan. I want to feel that excitement again man
As someone who has recently visited those places, I do recommend checking them out again because even if your map is already at 100% (like my map) there are still some chests you can get that you probably didn't know of. So if you're low on primos, just know that there's always some chests you didnt get, so theres always something to do in the game, you just need to know where to look
I visit the back of the cathedral regularly for the father mourning his daughter. He has such heartbreaking lines for an NPC most people don't see very often if ever. He's apart of the mond request rotation and he asks you for different flowers to place on her grave :(( I like taking them with Venti and letting him do his lyre idle to play them both a song. 💕 Even though its been such a long time since I maxed out reputation, I love doing requests in Mondstadt because its my favorite place 💔
liyue is honestly my fav when it comes to nostalgic places. i love mondstadt too but liyue is where i actually realised how cool the open world in genshin is. it was also where i took my first pic w the kamera! one of my fav spots to this day is stone gate (esp the curved bridge by the waterfall) and one spot which is mostly forgotten now is pervases' temple, i used to visit it a lot back when i was farming treasure insignias for my first main :'D
Please someone help, what is special about Khaj Nisut !!? I went there again and it was just empty, same as when i left it after the quest, what am i missing ?
My favourite places in Genshin- Mondstadt- Mondstadt city, Windrise, Durin's Heart, Dragonspine's Peak Liyue- Upper Vale, Xamaran's place, Qhi of Guyun, Wangshu Inn. Inazuma- Chinju forest (love it), Watatsumi Island palace, Dainichi Mikoshi, Sacred tree of Tsurumi Island Sumeru- Almost every place tbh, except certain parts of the desert. Fontaine- Erinnyes Forest, Fortress of meropide, the water around the fortress of meropide, Court of Fontaine, Opera Epiclese, Poisson, the whole Sea of Bygone Days
i wish they made artifact, talent and weapon material ley lines in the overworld, reusing all this places we never revisit. they could even make the flower have a prompt to teleport you to the next one, if someone doesnt want to run around. locking ourselves into repetitive domains is just sad with such a beautiful world outside. also, i wonder if you just dont like chasm very much, or did you literally forgot about its existence, which would be hilarious.
i actually love the chasm lol, i just didn't think many people would be that nostalgic over it: though i was obviously wrong considering the comments on this video ahaha

YES!! The RU-vid algorithm recommended me this video and I LOVE it! Went back to watch the previous video, too. Itto as the Bug type gym leader makes me so pleased. I know you gave its evolution to Mona, but I could absolutely see Itto having Rellor on his team, since it's based on the dung beetle just like the Sumeru Scarab, which he gifted everyone on his birthday in 2023! For some reason, I feel like Itto would really like Shuckle -- I can't explain it, but they just give off the same energy. I have two recommendations: Dark: If only Diluc wasn't already your Fire type gym leader, I would have recommended him here, since he's the Darknight Hero and all. Others have already recommended her, but I also like Rosaria here, since her burst line "Punishment!" is literally a Dark type move and her other burst line "Lights out..." is extremely Dark type coded. (Also, her passive boosts movement speed at night time!) Ground: Probably an unconventional pick, but I love Kaveh here. I think it would be hilarious if his architectural designs were built by his Pokemon. Too bad Conkeldurr isn't a Ground type... Nonetheless, there are a heap of other builder-type Ground Pokemon to choose from! Also, if you told me Mehrak was an unreleased Pokemon I would 100% believe you.
I know a lot of people hated Dragonspine and to be fair I had my fair share of frustrations with sheer cold too but there's something about it that seems so comfy to me lol, whenever there's not much to do I like to just listen to chill music and roam around Dragonspine aimlessly.

Honestly I really like Tsurumi island the most. I just love how foggy the island initially was, then it gets less fog the more we understand the situation. A strange feather. It may be able to trigger some wondrous effects if used on Tsurumi Island. Take this feather with you into the world. You did promise him that you would, after all.

The noblesse oblige domain, I took a picture there when I first started playing. I still used Anemo Lumine. I went back recently and changed back to Anemo traveler for the old times. I have two pictures of the same location, same time, same character, just three years apart. I love this game so much, it’s so beautiful to go back to old places nearby new areas to see how far it’s come.
I actually kinda liked that the game never forces you to go back to enkanomiya. It always had this vibe of an forgotten nation that has no future anymore but you as a traveller rediscovering this said nation. After you fully adventured it, you close that chapter and never walking back but always tell the tale .
Dark - Fischl (If you don't want to do 4-stars I feel like Lyney, Xiao or Yelan could work here) Ghost - Hu Tao (or Qiqi if you prefer) Ground - Zhongli feels the most suitable to me but he certainly leans more rock (I wish we had more earthy/sandy characters) Normal - Jean (or Amber/Noelle. I feel like this is more about their agreeable nature than their element or abilities) Poison - Arlecchino (I don't have a great second choice but I could see Yae Miko being a really funny option here. Poison is definitely about playing the long game and she is so good at that.) Water - just fill this spot last with whoever is left. there are so many water pokemon. You'll figure it out.
