You said you didnt understand how, yet in one of your early videos, you hit the nail on the head. We enjoy watching you cook. anyone can do a 5 minute video on a recipe. Its more then just reading off the ingredients. Its the process and how its presented. The way you present your videos is more of a cooking show then just here is a recipe and the quality shows! Keep up the great work!

Why? Because your followers love watching your videos and they love you. The first video I watched convinced me that sifting the dry ingredients for a recipe is a must, including fine ground almond flour. It makes an amazing difference in the final product. I'm so happy I found your channel! I love that you show recipes REALISTICALLY. You only really fast forward through the cooking or setting parts. We see which recipes are difficult and tedious and which are simple and easy. As a mother of 4, I really appreciate this. It always seems to take me way more "prep" time than what recipes list. I love when there is a battle and 2 are very similar but one seems much easier to make - that is the one I'm going with!
