I’ve been craving shrimp so I might go to the store and get berries, chicken and shrimp that I can cook a few at a time and eat for protein.

I usually make a big pot of "Stuff", like you did. I start out with a meat and just start going through my freezer and pantry and toss in 5 or 6 different vegies and some stock or if I have any kinda of pasta sauce (homemade or store bought). Let it simmer and everybody gets married in that pot. Sometimes I will cook up a bag of chicken and divide that up for what ever. Today I got my handy man (not like the intern or husband type) to get his grill started and I sent out a bag of marinated chops and steaks to get grilled for my freezer .
