This isn’t 냉면 (Naengmyeon) it’s 쫄면 (Jjolmyeon) usually it’s a chewy noodle texture. 냉면 usually has a broth with ice added. You might have confused this with 비빔면 which also is mixed in a sauce
Cool video, first time I ever hear of cold noodles, they seem very nice for basically any day in Saudi Arabia since temperatures could potentially reach 52 degrees celsius any day
My brother and I both like our pasta a little softer than al dente... how would this turn out if we did? (Edit to add: As for why you blew on the noodles when they were cold this time--force of habit, maybe? ;D )
