This isn’t 냉면 (Naengmyeon) it’s 쫄면 (Jjolmyeon) usually it’s a chewy noodle texture. 냉면 usually has a broth with ice added. You might have confused this with 비빔면 which also is mixed in a sauce

That’s actually another cold noodle dish called “jjeoul-myeon.” It’s essentially an identical dish but with bouncier, chewier noodles. Still good.
