While my wife heads off to Panama to visit her son, it's just you and me for a fabulous weekend of fun in my beautiful Guatemala City... Let's show the world what they're missing when they bypass the city and head straight to Antigua or Atitlan!
First, we'll start the morning off right with a walk around one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city before heading back to the house and up to the rooftop deck for a cup of Guatemalan coffee as we take in the view of the spectacular volcanos and the city below.
We'll then visit Cayala together for some Christmas cheer and see what culinary delights this city within a city has to offer!
Next, we'll head over to Zone 10 for some pampering (come on, we deserve it, right!?) and pick up some of the finest cuban cigars before stopping into one of the most iconic hotels in all of Guatemala City.
Finally, after some rest to recharge and some more morning exercise together, we'll head out on a field trip to visit my cousin Raul's newest construction project and reminisce about the family business that started it all before finishing off our weekend at the best sushi and steak restaurants in all of Guatemala City. Believe me, you won't want to miss a bite!
