My MIL is and I never got along before. She gave very much boy mom energy and I used to avoid her as much as possible but as I’ve healed my own misogyny I started to see she was the way she was bc of my partners dad and the patriarchy and after your videos I started finding ways to bless her and as a result I’ve gotten so many blessings in return. The non-religious version of "letting go and letting God" is Stoic practices. Read Marcus Aurelius' Meditations and Epictetus' Enchiridion, they're easy reads (if you get a translation that isn't very flowery lol) and have a lot of practical advice
You know who else preaches stoicism?:) This is why I love this channel, it is right just about everything as long as one swaps out genders in every statement because these tips apply universally for everyone, but not everyone will succeed at following them, obviously.

Im Buddhist. What you call Let God, we call Equanimity. It's learning to observe our reactions to the outside life situation vs react to them. Different people react to the same song, movie or person differently. The suffering is in the REACTION to the outsude stimulus, not the external stimulus.

It might be scary at first, because it feels like by not reacting immideatly you loose control over a situation, but then you'll realise that by doing so you actually let things happend only on your terms❤
If the suffering is in the reaction towards an external stimuli then tell me, when something good happens in front of you (externally) and you feel a pleasant feeling after seeing it and then you react accordingly, then is there a suffering in that reaction? Nope because you felt pleasant about it. So your assumption that the suffering is in the reaction towards an external thing and not internal is wrong and misguided. Suffering comes from clinging and clinging comes because we cling to ourselves and others (inside and outside) out of attachment, desire and lust and conditioned by our wrong views (ignorance) regarding that sense-object. Therefore in order to end the suffering one should cease his feeling and perception about objects (both internal and external) and stop clinging to things.

Wow. I’ve been run so ragged at work lately (to the point where my quality has gone down). Now that my tasks are slowing down, I felt some guilt, but after this I now feel like this is the season for me to get reorganized and nurtured. I can’t do everything, be everything and my rest is sacred.
You are young ONCE. Remember that. My mother and grandmother told me to experience the most I can while I am young because once age reaps in, you start getting weaker and health starts declining and you wish you would have spent more time in experience and memories than a person that isn't even around you when you are elderly. Plus men die A LOT earlier than women on the regular. You have to have a life of your own because at the end, men only care about you as long as they are attracted to you.
Be careful of wanting to be worshipped. There's a difference between wanting to be cherished vs worshipped. Wanting to be worshipped comes from the ego (both his and yours) and you are more likely to fall from a pedestal once you're not "worthy of being worshipped" anymore or it can turn into obsession. Do not let yourself be turned into an idol. (Revere yourself, think highly of yourself, but I dont think its a good idea to worship yourself either). I always imagined God as a bright light, genderless, so I think watering oneself no matter who you are will have beneficial results. Just my perspective. Love the video!!
I am an atheist raised Catholic with a high locus of control. When I was a child everyone hated me, little did I know it was because I was autistic. The older I became, the more I made friends with men, and likewise I've never been hurt by men the way other women have but instead bore the brunt of women's hatred. I have always been surrounded by good men, and have always been able to avoid and immediately cut out men*. I used to struggle so much with wanting to be accepted by my peers, have people become my friends or act right. But I realized soon enough I can't change people. It's been a journey and I am by no means perfect, but in general I am more relaxed and happy than the average person, and that's because I realized I ultimately can't change people's view of me and pour all the energy I used to waste on it on myself. People can be manipulated situationally, but you'll eventually show yourself and if they don't like you nothing will change their mind. It will also make a note when you embody yourself and become truly free women with deeply seated issues will see it and feel threatened. If you're sensitive like I used to be, just see them as an NPC, because they are exhibiting NPC behavior. Their hatred doesn't come from a place of logic, so it isn't dehumanizing to acknowledge that and it'll free you from feeling guilt. And when it comes to real regrets and mistakes, it is best to make peace with what happened, understand nothing can be done to undo it because we can't change the past, and let go. Hold on to the lesson and ensure the future is better.
I feel like I could’ve written this as someone who realized they were an autistic woman only a few years ago. I grew up being so bullied, abused and gaslighted on so many levels, it still impacts me to this day and I have a hard time trusting people. If they are disrupting your hard earned peace, they don’t get to even be a background character in your life

So I have accepted that I should never care about neurotypicals' opinions, they just do not matter. If they don't like me, I've mastered the art of disappearing.

This video, omg ❤ I've cut off all my family this week because I will always be the scapegoat. This week I had to accept my mum is my biggest saboteur. She diagnosed with Bipolar but she has more in common with psychopath and narsasist. She told me she was happy my whole family icing me out. And I realised, my whole life she has been the one hating on me. But then will keep telling me I need to prove myself, not fight for justice for all the trauma I've been through. She said this when I've just being diagnosed with Complex PTSD, ADHD and I'm in trauma therpy. Thank you @Manifestelle this video was what I needed to hear at the right time. Keep being you ❤

This came at a good timing. A petty woman "dissed" me covertly at the library (indirectly trying to cut on my physical appearance) and I'm a very attractive woman. The woman who was cutting on me? Well, I well just say, she should concerned about herself....She other librarians basically went along with it and one even started laughing at me. Very, very disturbing. I was literally in peace not bothering anyone. Crazy. Very bizarre.
I resonate with this so much. I've been single and celibate for the past 3 years, but the stress of college was not allowing me the time and space to enjoy personal growth. Now that I've been free of college for 3 months, and especially in the past month, my third eye is being opened, and I feel myself more at peace with myself and more in-tune with the spiritual world that surrounds us. I've stopped caring about people who don't care about me and show reciprocal love to those who do while I work on myself, and it's the best choice I've ever made as a recovering pick-me. OK so about God being a woman, I have to say - this is so so so true! I’ve been studying ancient human civilizations and LITERALLY everywhere in the world, people worshipped a female god first. For like 200,000 years!! There were no male gods until like 4,000 years ago! This information has changed EVERYTHING for me. (As have you 🥰)
I also strongly believe that sometimes just sitting back and doing nothing brings a lot of peace and clarity because then you have time to absorb and grasp the situation from far and you enter the self-reflection phase. Let it happen, let the god/universe take the charge. I have did that and it have brought peace in my life!

It's the only way that women have coped over the centuries. Taking out their anger on other women, even supporting the horrible things done to them for their daughters to suffer. You are so right about women being the only receptacles for that energy. Men do not give two fucks if a woman is mad at them unless they are unconfident in themselves and see women as a threat. I am learning to let go. The last time I was mad at a coworker and was on the verge of arguing, I just stopped and walked off. Small steps. I suffer from some of the things you mentioned you overcame such as the anxiety. I'm looking to improve and will keep doing little by little each day. Thanks for your talks. What you said about your social life being more fulfilling when you are selective with your time is SO true. I limit my circle to only people who I am truly close to now, and it’s so much easier to let go of the shitty people when I do encounter them. I truly don’t care because the friends I do have are so high quality, my cup is full.

I resonate with this so much. I’ve felt pretty alone is being consistently targeted by other women and suffering misfortune and disappointment over and over and over again with female “friendships” and connections. I’m in my 30s and I’ve almost completely given up on finding genuine healthy female friendships outside of my amazing bestie. At the eod women are just as competitive as men but their malicious micro-aggressive psychological warfare is so much more injurious than a punch to the face imo. Reminded me of all the verbal, mental, and physical abuse.. being a DV survivor and the abuse through my mom, etc. (PTSD, Traumas,..) Some of them got what they deserved, others will. Life is too short and precious to harm and hurt others. Only love, peace and doing/being good matters.

Exactly, women don't just take the bad things men do, they will try to justify it by saying they are "busy" or "tired" but we all know that's bs. Plus there's also no need to explain anything, if in relationship you need to be explained basic things then there's no point of you being in a relationship. That person needs to stay alone and reflect on themselves, it's not others job to parentify them Plus if they treat you wrong, and you explain everything to them they will "change" for the next v1ctim in the initial stages and become worse afterwards. I saw a youtuber on Spanish talking bad about you, no cursing because she doesn't do that but she was misunderstanding all what you say, for her telling to women to not lower her bar and date usless man is bad for her, I don't understand why, obviously she doesn't like your content because is telling the truth about what we have to hear and how helpful is to me as a Latina woman who was raised to serve men as many other latinas women here in my country, in the past for me I only have two choices, get married and serve or not get married and be free, so I choose freedom. I don't want to get married neither have children, but I totally understand why freedom is the best I can decide, having a husband and children here is like prision but worst because we have to work and go to home and do chores, women of my family chose bad husbands, usless men who do less than the bare minimum, barely take care of their children and don't have a job or don't like to have a job, they make less money and at the end women have to pay all, that's why I'm single by choice, that's why I'm childfree, I don't want to be an slave, I want my freedom of doing whatever I want. Your content open the eyes of women like me who bare minimun is or was washing dishes once a week, "babisit" his own children (yes, here still the idea of men babisit their own children), the funny thing is now when I talk to older women, 50 years and older they told me that they didn't know that was a choice of not getting married and not have children, when I told them that my idea is do neither they told me to not change my mind, a few weeks ago a woman told me that getting married and have children is an impediment for or dreams or better job oportunities and she agrees with me and her niece to be free.
As a Hispanic woman myself, I don't understand why so many of our fellow women defend our bum men. Maybe because if we had basic standards (not a NEET, not in struggle mode, not suffering from MACHISMO) we would largely be dating outside the culture. If only they had the same work ethic as their fathers did but they don't even have that these days!
@@heyizz I saw many women saying that outside of our countries there are a lot of machismo, but I see that in some countries men do chores and not expect women come home to do all. "Work ethic" is something that I don't see on the husbands of my family, my BIL and sister are struggling with money, instead of him look for a real job he asked to my mom to borrow him money, he doesn't like to have a real job, he quit in two good jobs because he said that he deserves more money and is not fair that he didn't recibe more money (as if he had a college degree when he has only high school diploma).

I told them obviously not, I'm not going to fall in love with someone like that, I don't like fracasados.
