ok a few things 1) what is the issue with obsidian going on the line? as far as I can remember there is no crafting recipe that uses obsidian with lava or presses. It would flow directly the the interface thus being collected by your sorting system 2) when making crushing wheels you dont need to use gear boxes, using two large cogs will achieve the same result and look better in my opinion. 3) if you ever make a belt to short you can right click the end of the belt with a belt to extend it by one
4:06 Dire please use brass funnels for outputs from the crafter's your only outputting 1 item at a time using andesite funnels out of that chest into the depot so the mechanical arm wil only pickup and move 1 item at a time slowing the whole process down.
If you use a brass chute filtered to obsidian directly under the crushing wheels you can put the ender chest underground and shorten the whole line :) compact contraption
It would probably be a good idea to increase the speed of the mechanical arm, since it seems to be the main bottleneck in crafting the different types of casings.
I Love the way you come up with the automation, couse you always make it autocrafting, but i like the way you go, by combining some mods, and some you use the whole mod to do it That is one of the reason i love your content and been following you for maby 6+ years now, atleast since Sky-Beast or the pyramid mod. loved that series, and i would love something simular, like you need to feed the beast to get a reward that is required to progress, kinda like the original, EMC and EMC extras and stuff like Create, botania, and some other mods That could be a lovely and good series and il bet you can prob do 100+ episodes with the way you do things. It's like you "reset" all you know about a mod (perhaps cool updates like create and train) and do a kinda guide, and people can follow your progress and play it like you (Kinda following along the series) Keep up your Good work, and i cant w8 for more.. 01.00pm is when you go live and i always w8 for new cool stuff
That still wouldn't work for train casings. Although I would highly recommend to Dire that he puts another depot filtered to the deployer ingredients in his crafting setup just in case he does a ton at once.
@@mdex2409 No, because there's a chance that the depot can completely fill with the non wood log bits and then It will get stuck because it is still inserting the the not wood logs and the wood logs won't end up in the proper input. If he added the funnel on the input chest to the possible inputs that could also solve it
Man, this mod looks amazing. I was going to get back into minecraft on my favorite Dire pack (1.6.4) because of forestry, thaumcraft, and a couple of other mods that I love, but this mod is making me want to revisit this season's pack. I hate some of the world gen stuff, though; my first trip to the nether set me up in one of the worst nether spawns I've ever had. Way high up in the air with lava pits everywhere. Plus I'm not a huge fan of the boss monsters randomly killing me every 2 minutes.
I don't really get why you needed to filter out obsidian, I mean if it went under the automation part it would just go past it into the interface going back into your system, unless there are actual obsidian plates that i dont know about.
Hey dire when you build your train please try to make it look nice oddly enough I am somewhat excited to see what it looks like an a flat bed with containers and a controller would be a bit of a let down especially since you can use blueprints from other people too

Melanism steam is a gas, so Dire has to support it with extra code. I think he put Mek gases on his to do list, but I have no idea when it would happen.
