I feel like i remember him trying this in his last DW20LP series and people said the enchant only affects how far it can see anchors if thats what you meant
@@Legofan2676 If you can see it you can travel to it.....I built Home in basically the same place (same seed) and have anchors at least a chunk further from it than Dires Island
I feel like there should be a clear memory slot inside the card holder. That way you don't have to pull the cards out one by one if you need to clear them.
hey dire... just found out the AE2 dev picked up the torch for Powah due to it being under GPL and the original dev being silent for a couple years. The new version is called Powah Rearchitected. would love to see it added to the pack as I miss that mod. that's how I always handled my power generation since it's an easier way to generate more RF than most people will ever need only being topped by mekanism and the other reactor mod.
you love laser io so much, but you're still forced to run lengths of redstone to read signal strength. why not add a feature that says, do the thing, but only if signal strength is =X (or >=X, or et cetera). Create can transmit redstone signal strength with it's wireless txmitters, and i just wish they also had that ability to base conditionals on signal strength. like each individual item should have that conditional. even if it's just something simple like an inverter. only accept input if the strength is yadda yadda.
PneumaticCraft compressors are great candidates for automation using ComputerCraft. With only a handful lines of code you can trigger them on and off based on the internal pressure.
Dire could change the omnihopper to up/side, instead of side/side, to avoid the interaction with the Node; If there is a filter option in the omnihoppers, maybe he could use the liquid omnihopper to "pump" the Yeast out of the world

Yes it dose but dire wasn't super impressed and it's a decently long crafting chain and would need to find a new node to fuel it and time bottle is in his inventory with loads of time
You can have stack of suggar and just "quickly" place water and pickup yeast. It will only consume single sugar. I usually just throw stack, let water form from 2 adjacent water blocks which creates yeast you can pickup. Simple and quite quick method
Someone should make an addon for tinkers where you can upgrade a pickaxe to be good at digging. Not as good as a shovel of course, but like… half the speed of the pickaxe?
The Thermo processing plant is really simple to get between 30 and 60 ..... place it, put a slab in front of it (to allow access), put wool on all other vacant sides except 1....place a magma block down, temperature will go high, break and quickly replace with wool, check the temperature, then keep breaking and replacing the wool until you get inside the range. Mine sits at 57.
so i just found a range 3 upgrade book for travel anchors, just dropped froma mod a while ago, thre it on my travel staff and oh boy does it go kinda crazy far lol, you def would not need the midway point anymore if you could get the range 3 enchant
Dude you built a copper building, you ought to try and combine it with vanilla copper lightning rods and the lightning generator, talk about a light show
I like to make loops. Basically I have a pipe line between the compressors and the chamber with 1 pipe off that then a loop with a pipe connecting the other side of the loop to machines, I can then break the pipe on the machines side and the loop and chamber remain pressurized. I make more loops if I am starting a new area just to isolate the functioning area from anything that may need to be broken.

Create has an analog redstone lever that you cam set the number to send. And the yeast remembers how much sugar you put into it. You can add extra. I added a few extra at the start so that I knew any water would get changed and the next sugar would be buffer again.
While it might be interesting to use a hopper or something to pull and insert cards into a LaserIO node, might want the ability to lock the node to prevent the cards from being pulled out.
@Quietust i mean sure. But seeing him struggle to lay a line of redstone when he could just use an inverted torch instead of spending two laser nodes to go across a pipe is infuriating.
DIRE please either have spaces in all your travel anchors or dont. The mix between having and not having is driving my OCD through the roof. I love watching your videos daily, but I'm gonna have to stop if you continue to be a maniac with naming. I really want to keep watching........ literally the only youtuber I watch consistently :(
So I've been playing the mod pack alongside, kinda, finished botania for once cause I never have before, and and then got lost on other mods you put in, but earlier tried pnuematicraft and tick accelerated my coal gens to my eventual dismay 😂, appreciate the tutorial I may have to revisit the mod now in my world
