Lets try and fix a Ferguson videostar 3v30 top loading VCR Fitting a Belt Kit 

Well try using some rubber nenue on the idler tire and try cleaning the tape transport you might get the vcr going by doing that

Where did you get belts that old? I have a PV-1200 I’m gonna repair but no belt replacements that I might need.

No light sensor, if the light sensor doesn't get replace it will snap the tape, sorry but I have repird quite a few of them machines,
