Lets try the LTL Alpha 1.5 PepperBall Launcher! | This is one we have never seen!! 

Update: Couldn't wait for anyone else to do it, so I disassembled mine. Here's what I found. - All the screws around the "case" or "frame" are the same length, so no need to keep track of which screw goes where. - All screws removed, the halves come apart. CAUTION: The spring that pushes the ammo through the feed channel is under tension, and held in place by the top half of the plastic frame. When you lift up the top frame half the spring is sprung free. IOW, it pops out of the ammo feed channel as soon as you remove the top half. Keep your hand over the barrel and "slide" area to prevent the spring and follower from boinging into the nether regions of your floor, behind a cabinet, into the stew cooking on the stove, or God forbid, on to the stove burner cooking that stew. - As suspected, this could pass for Umarex innards. The brass cap, the housing, and CO₂ chamber look the same. - The brass cap that requires special pliers to remove (the same as the Umarex) does NOT have Loctite. It easily unscrewed. - BIG NOTE HERE GUYS: MINE LOOKED LIKE THE VALVE BLOCK WAS REMOVED. THAT'S RIGHT, THE AIR CHAMBER DID NOT HAVE A VALVE BLOCK, JUST A BIG SPACE THAT LOOKS THE SAME WHEN YOU REMOVE AN UMAREX VALVE BLOCK! - I looked around, did not see any other means to adjust velocity. So I suspect depending on where the LTL Alfa 1.50 is being sold, maybe in some countries there is a valve block. My box label said "Less than 20 Joules" which LTL advertises as "max power." Conclusion: the max power version does not come with a valve block.What that also means is that if you are in a country where a lower Joules version is sold, odds are the assumed valve block can be removed. - What I did remove was the CO₂ restrictor that's at the top of the CO₂ chamber. Just like on the Umarex (and it even looks the same) I used a flat head screwdriver to easily unscrew it and stow that bit away in a plastic bag. After reassembly I fired the gun. As what happens with the Umarex when you remove the CO₂ restrictor, I got four powerful shots, and three low powered shots, the last two that probably couldn't shoot a .50 cal. Airsoft BB through hot mound of lasagna. - I might experiment with drilling a larger hole through the restrictor, or simply see if I can use HomeDefence-24's "Modify Pin" which is to "regulate" CO₂ gas flow so I can get more high-powered shots by evening out gas dispensation. Bottom Line: I'm thinking that INTERNALLY this thing is not any different than the HDP 50. But the Alfa is almost twice the price. For that extra money we are getting a more realistic looking weapon (e.g., the butt's shape-conformed CO₂ actuator cap), it holds more rounds, and most important for the mechanically challenged: where allowed a valve block has not been installed (note: in that regard, I suspect given the choice between the HDP 50 and Alfa, consumers will choose the Alfa.) Bonus Comment: The CO₂-related components are quite stout. It is all THICK metal. From the looks of things IMO the Alfa could handle HPA, as long as you don't go too crazy on bottle pressure. I'd stay on the low end of PSI.

Here in Europe LTL recently issued the bravo 1.50 version : optic fiber sighting, metal parts, improved finition, improved valve, same power (18 to 19 joules with steel core balls). best regards

Now that is one cool looking gun marker for the gun snobs I love the fact that it looks so much like a real gun plus 18 joules nothing to sneeze at to bad you have to go over seas to buy it even though they will probably ship to the USA it would just be a little faster if there was a US distributor

Got 3 LTL guns including a Byrna, the Alpha is the best one of the lot, with metal balls it is a weapon.

I was just in my backyard plinking and suddenly I heard someone call my name and it was a police officer looking over my fence. It was the officer that we hire to patrol our neighborhood. He heard the pops as he drove by and came over to see what the noise was. He looked it over and seemed fascinated by it.

The title of the video is Alpha 1.5 PepperBall launcher but you can use hard balls and pepper balls. I've been confused for months because PepperBall is also a brand name.

I want to thank WFDefense for selling this awesome Beretta 92 homage. It's a nice keeper to have along with my real M9 Beretta. This will be my alternative for my Byrna. I wonder if the HDP50 speedloader will be compatible with LTL Alfa? Some extra capacity will be nice.

my only complaint is the difficulty in punching the CO2 with the quick pierce. My HDP50 is one effortless wack with the palm of my hand it's ready. I hit this one over and over and even tapped it on a railing of my deck once and it would not pop easily. I do not consider the delay in trying to activate this to be a lifesaver. I noticed in the video the person making had to tap his twice as well to charge it.

WOW thats awesome my brother . i want to share some info on chrono , i have always heard that placeing a light bar or strip on top will help chrono perform better when indoors , you will notice , chrono always works well outside in the sun !!! . Thanks for the "alert." I just bought one on fleabay from one named "wfdefense" of Miami, Florida. Why did I pull the trigger? (Double entendre intended.) Well, I like the design elements, nomenclature, novelty, and attention to detail. I want to chrono it with my aluminum rounds. Then I'll field strip it to see about hopping it up. No warranty voiding worries for me guy, because I lust for the pleasure I get from voiding warranties, and always with a tingle of reckless abandon. I twist that first screw (which proves tampering), I'm drooling all over the work table.

When it comes to joules with 50 cal 1g gram rubber or pepper, itshould be 550 plus feet per sec, making it 18 j to start on lightest amo, that alows heavier amo to have 400fps to push more joules on less fps, i think this gun more like 12 joules,😄 but still powerful, it could be chrony reading wrong too, but i plan to save up and by that gun next or mod hdp 50 16joule.

I saw this gun on Amazon, but they won't ship to California for some reason. They aren't selling it with Pepperballs, so it's not a California Compliant issue. It's a shame because I know people who would love to buy it. It looks like an amazing launcher though.

Beretta is my favorite pistol of all time, this things goofy big / desert eagle, kinda beretta with that goofy long co2 handle. (Hate those) - I bought a byrna which is decent, but the power level is not where it should be for a company such as byrna. Especially for what they cost and byrna is not as good build quality as umarex ppq or Glock. Byrna needs to up their power and the cost is terrible it was my first buy. I want a build quality and size of Umarex in a .50 with the fps of 500 or more. No pepper ball launcher, which are illegal in NYS anyway. I myself and everyone that is watching this channel and testing / buying these self defense weapons. Want a company to stop making these kid toys that shot 400fps or worse 🤦‍♂️ and start focusing on adult toys that reach out and stop an intruder. 600 FPS is the goal. I want the intruder extremely hurt and not willing to take a second shot as if our actual lives depended on the weapon.
