With 2 or 4 boxes of trident reagent coming in with liquid stained boxes. And plastic bottles you can’t put the lid back on which means it didn’t go well either. Apex power bars repeatedly having issues let’s hope in 3 months floods of sky’s aren’t coming in with leds failing or other issues. Where is the option on the light to calibrate the lights sap you can test every so often for Leds failing? Everything else was aimed at a etm duplicate. I prefer the purple ish hue on the sky but service amd repair on other produces has been well pay for a new full price. A lot of people are voicing this to ryan. Fix your tactics and tighten up the service you’ll get to that next level or respect from the buying community

Wow, around the 11:50 mark Terrance gets a bit ahead of himself. He talks about Ecotech being the coca-cola of the lighting segment of the hobby but now that Neptune is selling lights there is competition the likes of Ford v Chevy or Coke v Pepsi? Big head much? It is a bit soon to think Neptune Sky sales, quality or customer loyalty have already reached and surpassed the mark of other notable lighting fixtures to think Neptune has risen to the level of Ford or Chevy. Time will tell where Sky ends up but to put yourself up on that pedestal at this point is presumptuous and pretentious.
Fair enough for sure. My intent was to say that people (ours and ETM fans and detractors both) will see it that way. Clearly you are correct that we are no where near the cumulative sales numbers of ETM or for that matter most lighting options out there at the moment. So, if I were to reference it in the way you took it, lets just say (in the lighting world) we are RC Cola or maybe even early (lotus conversion era) Tesla ;) Thanks for watching!
