I feel like the diy kit should include the reagents at that price point. The dos pumps are 35 bucks which is pretty much what the trident pump is. Therefore the rest of the kit is $40 worth of tubing/cuvette? That’s an huge markup…
A lot of people had problems before your 36 month widow. I'm sure your aware of that. I think the main thing is to get a calibration solution that is more accurate and maybe even start sending two of them with reagents
Define “ a lot of people”. I’m sure he knows exactly what % of Tridents experience problems, and here’s the thing- you don’t. You read a forum and decide that represents a lot of people. Maybe listen and learn.
I never had any issues before the 36 month window. In fact I sent one of my Tridents in at 24 months with no problems at all. I have the Trident controlling my dosing so it didn’t miss a beat.
Hi, lots and lots of effort is put into making the calibration reference a reliable reference solution. If you are having trouble and not finding that to be the case, then I encourage you to connect with our team, neptunesystems.com/gethelp
Sure you could, but what is to say your Hanna is the absolute sort of truth? We talk a little bit about accuracy in the video and have spoken at lengths about it in other videos.
@@NeptuneSystemsVideo totally understand that when it’s live but once posted up here for people to watch later can that silence not be edited out? Love the streams by the way!
