The levator scapula tightens from excessive hiking of our shoulders, resulting from poor posture and stress. Tightness of these muscles leads to neck, shoulder and mid-back pain. Frequency of this stretch is up to 2 min each side, 1x/day. This video is part of a series on neck stretches.
