That also gives you regen. Next: level up the Ring of Flame only as far as your regen allows. Check that as you level up and get better regen gear/intelligence. This allows the max skill level that is self-sustaining. By the way. I would level to 9 before attempting Nessus. Since watching you, I go way earlier. Today I was level 5 taking him out with a Dream character. (HusbandDrmer2. {HusbandDreamer made it to the quest for Chiron. Ino got her. Turns out thrown weapons range is too short. You aggro Ino before you can get in range of Ino. })
