Started playing chess after Queen's Gambit and watching Levy. Started playing online, reached 1100, started playing otb, got whooped, got to 1700, won my first tournament, got to 2000, beat my first titled player, played in the national championship. Thanks Levy, thank you for getting me into chess.
I usually am not way too much into commenting but the whole video felt so entertaining along with seeing Levy doing what we expect him of. Great job by Sagar bhai maintaining the flow throughout !!!
I think IM Levy is a great role model for up and coming kids. He is very humble with his chess. I think he is a great example of a positive attitude for kids!
Levy's journey is amazing and is something I am fully invested in. Watching someone working hard to realise their dream is rarely anything but inspirational. I love Sagar as well, truly the warmest, nicest chess personality in the world. Always clicking on a video if these two are involved.
After reaching 1600 elo i left chess for 3 months but after seeing levy on the road to GM i got inspired and reached 1700 elo in just 2 weeks his videos are too much informative that a human cant get rust in his play
I feel like Sagar and Levy are in very different positions. Sagar clearly has pivoted away from competitive chess for a long time while Levy only stopped playing OTB for 2 years.

Levy, i've made some jokes but to be fair i gotta be honest with you. I'm not a great chess player but i am a piano teacher and player just writing this after getting back from a performance and i must say you are showing signs of a master lately. Mastery of ego which means the ability to acknowledge good and bad decisions very quickly. The cure to insecurity about an outcome is to have security in the idea that the outcome is irrelevant to the assessment of reality and focus on growth itself. I say this based on watching you over your last 2 tournaments. Again i'm a nobody but if you keep on with this mentality you will improve and that is all that matters. The gm title may happen but you are growing as a player and learner. Let go of your past mistakes and concerns about the future and the cpu in your brain can be allocated 100% to the present. Well done sir, it is inspirational to see you improve
