I have a 2014 IS250 F Sport. The display is not full screen. Will CarPlay take up the full screen now? If not, can the screen be replaced with the same type you have in the video? What year is your IS?
This year IS is 2017+ . Your screen is actually smaller. The kit used the factory screen and won’t transform it to the larger screen you see in this video
Great video!! I just installed the kit but the only complaint I have is that at first when I was trying the CarPlay it would cover the whole screen now it only covers half the screen, is there anything I need to change or can do?
Has this update dropped yet? The link in the description still mentions using the AUX input. Also, where are the new videos regarding the update on September 2023 (Bt1.0) you mention in the description above? Cheers.@@BeatSonicUS
How long is the response time when you start the car for Apple CarPlay to respond? because I imagine that being aftermarket is not the same time as the original
how is the quality of music from the carplay? because it’s connected through AUX is it worse than let’s say playing my music through bluetooth? also do yall know anybody who installs these around Houston Texas?
Our new upgrade system which started to ship this week now pushes all audio to the car Bluetooth. Yes we can refer you to a shop. Please email us at info@beatsonicusa.com
I have a 2016 Lexus Is and honestly speaking I really want this CarPlay feature but unfortunately the screen is too small from the factory. I’d very much like to upgrade it for a wider screen but unfortunately you guys don’t seem to have that upgrade yet for a 10 inch screen for the 2014-16 Lexus Is.
After I do changing to that kind of screen + 360 camera after market. take a look below: My car Lexus NX 300 2018 not display the Destination icon on the screen menu and Compass sign anymore (both on screen and dashboard) Even I try to click on small icon of Nav (Top right sign on screen) it's still not show up. Could you help me find out what is the real problem if you familiar with that issue.
@@BeatSonicUS Is it possible to set Android Auto to start automatically when you start the car? (I would like Android Auto always run as default when I start the car)
