I know this is a necro, but @1:07 That prying you did there isn't needed. The same thing that ejects the battery also ejects the panel when done in the opposite direction. Thought that was a pretty interesting design choice they made.

Sorry to say this, but he s not even sure which parts that needs to be removed!! I am Not confident to follow his steps to change my fan!! Thnx for the video still
