I have the official LG wall mount for my 83 C1. I ordered directly from LG. There is something wrong with this kit because my OLED panel tilts downwards, it’s not flat as shown in this video. I’m considering buying another wall mount.

The LG - Wall Mount for the OLED83C1 doesn't have Tilt Adjustment, so you are correct. It shouldn't tilt. Be sure it is installed correctly. Check over the steps to be sure everything is properly installed. If everything is correct and the LG - Wall Mount still seems to be off you can send the model number, and we would be delighted to look into this and see what we can do to assist you. The bracket allows for a slight side firm tilt so if even if you installed the bracket 100% level you will still need to level the tv once you are done. Source: just installed my G2 77'' yesterday
Hey Rob. The location of power cords on our LG TVs is positioned in a way that makes room for the internal parts and to still have that slim look on your wall. However, there is still plenty of length to fit the cable holder perfectly and be plugged into the outlet. ^David
I already have a VESA wall mount that I would like to keep using as it allows me to move my TV and I need that in certain situations. Is this TV VESA compatible or is it only compatible with its own mount? I've been trying to look for this information on the LG website and I've failed miserably 😅
No worries, we have you covered! The 55" LG G2 Evo Gallery edition is compatible with a mount meeting VESA standards 300 x 200. The 65" & 77" models are compatible with a mount adhering to 300 x 300 VESA standards. The 83" model is compatible with a 400 x 400 VESA mount. Hey there! We don't have a video showing how to take down a mounted TV, but here are some steps that we hope will help. Make sure to have another person to assist. To safely remove your TV from the wall mount, first, disconnect all cables. Next, if present, loosen any safety screws or a hook at the bottom of the mount. Finally, lift the TV off the mount, optionally using a moving blanket for transport and placing a towel on the screen for protection if laying it down. Remember that you have to back out the mounting bolts. I installed this tv with the bolt from the factory and my TV got stuck in the bracket on one side and to get it off one bolt popped off and have to do a exchange

@LG USA Support hey Chad thanks but I got it addressed when you install the gallery mount the anker bolts got to be backed out as if not there is no way to get the TV off the mount we got it stuck on there and broke the TV trying to get it off so far im nervous to try to Install this TV again when I get the new one

Can you help me I wanted to buy a 77" LG G2 from bestBuy on 6/28/23 they didnt have the wall mount and remote for that Olled and was told there nothing they could do except sell me another brand remote and wall mount Id would perfer to have the orignal product from LG. ive been buying all my electronic from BB for over 15yrs and now they treat me like a step child is there anything LG can do to help me make resolve this problem, like I siad its the LG G2 77" {no remote or wall mount}

Can I put the wall mount on top of my old one?I use a display furniture with two pipes vertical and universal wall mount attached with what ever vesa I want.

Not every mount will be compatible with every TV. The mount needs to fit the hole pattern on the back of your TV, which is commonly referred to as the VESA size or pattern. Most TVs, including flat-panel models, follow VESA standards, which means you'll need a VESA-compatible mount. However, some TV manufacturers may choose not to follow VESA standards, so their hole patterns may be placed differently. To determine if you can use your old wall mount, you'll need to check if the VESA hole pattern on your old mount matches the VESA pattern on your new TV. The most common VESA patterns are 75 x 75 mm, 100 x 100 mm, 200 x 200 mm, 400 x 400 mm, 600 x 400 mm, and 800 x 400 mm. If the VESA patterns match, you should be able to use your old wall mount.
