Many believe that insulin resistance is the cause of diabetes. This is false as I show you with real life examples. There's also a before/after of a patient I recently treated for diabetes in just 4 weeks.
I am hopeful that I can produce a video with the patient shown so you can all see/hear the first hand experience of reversing their diabetes.

My father had diabetes ( type 2 ) for more than 30 years. He had to use Metformin and insulin injection everyday to control his blood sugar. After a fall he developed a traumatic brain injury (TBI), the surgeon had to drain the hematoma and relieve pressure in the brain. He recovered very quickly. Now here the strange thing, after the surgery we noticed that his diabetes completely disappeared, and consequently his stopped all medications related to that. He was 90 years old.

@rxangel65
@rxangel65 Месяц назад
Agreed…if the diet is right, you don’t need supplements, BUT our food is not what it should be any longer. These deficiencies plus high cortisol from controlled stress can lead to malfunctioning in the body. Many people are not eating enough to maintain the body weight that they carry. Calories are already restricted for long periods and they don’t lose weight…thus the metabolic syndrome we see becoming more prevalent in the population.
@trappedinroom1014

With the food nutrient levels in store bought and mass-commercially grown produce being significantly lower than a few decades ago, and with industrially cooked and processed food often cooked at pressure cooker high temperatures (to massively reduce cooking/production time) which also destroys many of the more sensitive nutrients….people may look normal through to obese, but many are starved of nutrients of a scale seen in times of famine, regardless of body size/appearance. Supplementation is the often the only way to get enough nutrients to bring people back from deficient levels…and even then I suspect because of the low nutritional food it would require the occasional topping up and a minimal maintenance dose being taken of key nutrients…especially when you consider the massive levels of gut disturbances in the population. I think for now all we can do is keep learning and look towards supporting smaller traditional farmers and food growers

Could you explain why some people can eat carbohydrates and appear to not have an issue? Is this because they adapt and their body acclimatises to run on carbohydrates rather than fats? Historically humans have eaten fruit, honey, roots, etc. etc. for a long time. Meat may have been the key focus however berries would have been prized. So is fructose the problem or over indulging on fructose?

She came in the room with her mind already set on a treatment plan and was not willing to have a logical discussion. I told the family member I just can't be a part of this fallacy. The only time it goes down is after taking a walk. I do FEEL better. Numerous other problems have resolved, but my blood sugar is so stubborn. My doctor keeps pushing me to go on long acting insulin to manage it. I don't want to manage it, I want to REVERSE it! I would love to know if you are able to figure out the problem as to why we aren't getting the same results so many others have gotten. I'm on my 6th month of carnivore, and it's so frustrating. Eric Berg, Dr Ken Berry, and many others. Thomas Delaur. Lol meanwhile a dietician that messaged me online tried to convince that low carb diet causes imbalance of glucose and you need glucose and then put this opposite negative perspective that we "compensate*" with gluoconeogenisis and that she knows the biochemistry but it's too complex to write or understand and explain. I immediately stopped talking to them. and when I told her I felt better and lost weight with lowering carbs and intermittent fasting and I said how Most people should eat this way/safe for most people, she insisted I found a diet that *works for me* as if pushing low carb is dangerous when literally It's the base State for all humans lol. Hey just a question, how come you recently started carnivore and not earlier? or is this not your first rodeo? what were you doing before? That dietician really confused me because 1. she accused what high carbs do to blood sugar spikes (or low sugar, she didnt explicitly use the term imbalance), and blamed it on keto. 2. I wasn't even on keto, I was definitely still having more than 100 grams of less refined carbs, I just cut my carb intake by half. Anyway nothing she said added up. I still have yet to try keto long term and look forward to completely reversing metabolic damage. I'm just tight on money and eat what's available. Carbs really also unfortunately what people get from food banks or when money's tight. but then again keto and carnivore is not that much more expensive. I live with others and tend to eat what's there to waste less.

@@joanneclark8256 Keto is to lose your body fat, carnivore is a simpler way of doing it (for some). Your body can make its own glucose slightly raising insulin. The idea is to have no carbs so you get fat adapted and your body then makes the absolute minimum necessary amount of glucose.

there is something to be understood about nourishing our body cells before talking about systemic insulin resistance: local insulin resistance, which is a BRILLIANT mechanism to distribute energy! only a cell itself can determine if it is (almost) full and doesn't need more glucose. only the cell decides how much it needs. it cannot be seen from outside. that means, every cell up or downregulates insulin resistance. and this mechanism is not pathologic. it needs to be this way. but stopping to eat carbohydrates it is NOT a 100% guarantee to cure diabetes! if it is enough to compensate the excess gluconeogenesis, that is fine, but there are persons who have very high gluconeogenesis due to damaged L cells in the gut. and this is the REAL problem of diabetes. this is a problem that is very very difficult to fix!

I don’t buy that early humans ate only meat . It only makes sense that they would eat what was in their environment which many archaeological studies show may have been nuts and berries and some other plant based foods. Doesn’t it make sense that our DNA would be different in what are bodies need and are able to digest based on what we had access too. I have been on every diet searching for the one that makes me feel the best . I have been on the carnivore after watching how many people felt great on it . I did not feel great on it . Question: When you eat carbs at lunch and then again at dinner, sometimes the second meal will not spike as high as the first. So some say you should eat carbs because a low carb diet can cause you to become diabetic if you then eat some carbs and your body is not used to it. It causes taller spikes that if you had primed your body with the glucose. SO>>>>>> should you or should you not prime with some small amt of carbs? My dr said we should eat carbs but to watch portion size. Will eating low carb and then sprinkling in some carbs along the way make you full blown diabetic?

a true reversal of insulin resistance would still allow one to eat a moderate amount of carbs without spiking insun. The goal should be metabolic flexibility, one should be able to metabolize an appropriate amount of fats, carbs & protein efficiently. Carnivores are fond of saying the body can produce all the glucose it needs, the liver may make enough to keep you alive but not necessarily thrive, ie you don't mind dealing with muscle cramps etc from lack of glycogen stores, especially if you are athletic. refer to Paul Saladino and others who have had to add carbs back in.

If you look into Bentothiamine (the fat soluble form of vitamin B1), R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (it must be ONLY the ‘R’ form, NOT the ‘S’ form or a blend of the two…this is important as the cheaper S form is a waste of money and blocks the R form!), then there’s myo-inositol (often sold in capsules including choline, which is good because the choline helps with the accompanying fatty liver issues), and a good quality multi ‘B’ vitamin which must have the methylated bio available forms in…avoid all multi-B supplements that have the cyanocobalamin form of B12 in, or the cheap Folic Acid instead of a type of methyfolate (it sets the supplements apart). To summarise for ease of reference: Benfotiamine R Alpha Lipoic Acid Myo Inositol Methylated Multi-B Vitamins. Whilst supplements can’t undo a bad diet, once diabetic neuropathy has set in then, because of the rebuilding/repairing of damaged nerves and the damage to peripheral blood vessels, then usually there are deficiencies (or higher demands) for the relevant nutrients to fix the damage. If you search the above key supplements you’ll see that they’re the primary supplements recommended….and I know this because I’ve spent considerable time myself over the last few weeks researching it to help a good friend. All the above items I’ve literally purchased myself on someone’s behalf so I can’t give an update on progress yet, but I’ve read plenty of testimonials in comments where they work…and a recent comment I read, they were pleased to report that they’d noticed a definite difference with peripheral neuropathy within the first four weeks or so, and by around 4 months they’re at around a 95% reduction. It’s not just about getting the material required to fix the damage, but also getting it all the way down to the extremities with a damaged circulatory system. There is also the route of peptide injections to help the body’s own repair system, and NAD injections as well which could speed healing (this channel also has a good video on NAD injections), and you can buy these without a prescription….but personally it’s something I would use in addition to the above supplements. The above supplements should give them a chance to replenish the body’s depleted stores first maybe, then add in the peptides. Some other supplements I’ve added into the mix (although not as important as the above 4) are Acetyl L-Carnitine, K2 (but it must be the MK-4 NOT the MK7…this channel has an awesome video on this), and a good magnesium supplement (magnesium glycinate or citrate are good but avoid the cheap and poorly absorbed magnesium oxide). I hope this helps and sorry it’s so long. Hopefully by describing the better performing types/variants of the specific supplements it will help you avoid wasting money on ineffective versions. The brands I like are; life extension, Now, and metabolic’s….theres loads of fake or ineffective supplements out there and there’s a channel starting to do testing across the brands to show many of them have zero active ingredient in them and are a total scam….with the less expensive supplements like magnesium it’s not usually an issue I would imagine, but with the more specific, and therefore more costly supplements like the R Alpha Lipoic Acid variant, it’s worth going straight for the known good quality brands. God bless and wishing a speedy recovery for everyone experiencing this. 🙂💕👍🏻

@@user-kf8yr9nk5j No worries, glad to help after trawling through it all myself….it might be worth watching some of the shorter summary videos on each of the four primary supplements (and the Acetyl L Carnitine too) just to familiarise yourself with how they work and the function they perform, and also things like effective doses or the best way/time to take them (for example the Carnitine is recommended to take a dose in the morning on an empty stomach). Probably best to take basic notes you can easily refer back to, so you’re not having to trawl back through videos trying to re-find specifics (which I forgot to do, lol!)!!! Dr Berg and some other channels do great summary videos of the key points, or better yet, just search RU-vid with the supplement name combined with the phrase ‘Peripheral neuropathy’ so you reduce the video choice down to the most relevant (because these supplements help in a large number of different conditions). It should help you get knowledgeable in the fastest time and cut out all the unnecessary non-specific stuff….it’ll avoid you loosing the will to live (lol!) as each supplement is such a huge topic on their own. I’m glad I’ve narrowed down the search for someone else and I hope your Dad heals ok. Don’t forget the really good stuff like a chilled out father-daughter trip to the park with a picnic lunch…sometimes it’s the most unexpected things that give people a healing and energetic boost…emotions matter and reduce stress chemicals/hormones. Lastly (sorry 😂) when you look into the peptide injections for possible future use with the NAD, I think the three peptides I’ve nearly narrowed it down to are TB-500, which if memory serves correctly actually helps give the commands or gets the nutrients where they need to get to and where the injury is. Then there’s a good all rounder like BPC-157 and also GHK-CU which is apparently amazing for skin repair and healing. They’re not hugely expensive and Oxford Peptides and the needles etc are all available off Amazon believe it or not (I have them parked in my basket, Lol!). As far as topical creams go, they can help to a degree, but it is a bit like having a huge damp patch on the walls in your home and thinking you can just paint over it…you have to fix it from within. Topical medicine is an aide but rarely a cure for systemic internal dysfunctions/diseases. Anyways, I’ll leave you in peace now, I do tend to ramble on. God bless, Hugs 🤗💕👍🏻
