I restore and colour a brilliant example of Edwardian trick photography in this video using Photoshop.
I talk about the technical and creative process involved with colouring this photo, including the wonders of repairing mould damage!

It really isn't a bad to rely on Photoshop it's a skill digital art not everyone is as good as you most people don't even know how to add text people in the past used to be good in photography now we have photography experts, Photoshop experts and many more

I certainly didn't mean to knock Photoshop users, I must spend 90% of my life in Photoshop these days, both for work/hobbies and it's definitely a skill which takes lot of practice! I'm more referencing the things which could be easily done 'on location' but which are left to be fixed in Photoshop later. I've had to fix peoples messy hair before, for example, which only needed to be combed on set. When such brilliant examples of planned Photoshops, like the work of Calob Castellon, exist; I think it shows that Photoshop is far more used to fix Photography than to enhance it in the majority of cases.

@@JBColourisation Photoshop is like the backbone of photos nowadays
