I have NO interest in being right all the time. But when someone try to pick on everything I do, then there is a compulsion for Me to be Right and Perfect all the time. Question back. Show that I'm doing the Right thing. For example today. I ate a packed rice ordered from outside at the canteen. Someone commented, don't eat outside food at the canteen. I have seen many colleagues bringing food bought from outside or home cooked food and eat the canteen. Sooo it is sooooo obvious what all of you are doing. I'm not that stupid. I listen and obey but when you over do it, I am not obliged to obey unnecessary rules.
