Serving Manila properly like a pro! Your overseas travel vlogs are always amazing and is a treat to the eyes but showing The Philippines, Manila, with the same treatment and caliber hits different. Many foreigners showcases Manila, mostly BGC area, and while its good it somehow lacks passion only a local can give. You know that feeling where you know Manila also has this or that just like its neighbors, it just needs proper exposure? You guys, just solved that. It feels good when you know that Manila, while being overshadowed by neighboring ASEAN cities, also has something to offer that even other Filipinos do not know mainly because their focus is always abroad. This vlog, together with your other Manila vlogs is proof that The Philippines is more than just beautiful beaches, it also has a vibrant city life that can rival those surrounding it. Another beautifully crafted video. Thank you for sharing. :)
Love your vlogs so much! My lola lives in Makati but I grew up in the UK and haven't been back to Manila since 2017. I'm visiting again next year and your vlogs are giving me so much itinerary and cafe/restaurant inspiration so thank you for putting these together 🥹 I can't wait to try these places out!
Awww, that's so nice to hear 🥲 Thank you! So much to see and do around Makati since you last visited. Hope you have a lovely time visiting your lola next year 💖🇵🇭
Love this vlog!! I like the “going around Makati” bits. So good that there’s lots of cafes and boulangeries in Manila everywhere now! Thanks Ralph & Sam! ❤❤
Another wonderful video. I've always been fascinated by Philippines history and hope to visit one day. How nice to see all those good looking confident young Filipinos doing their thing. Inspiring ❤🎉
Would definitely recommend the Philippines' beaches. I honestly think they're the most beautiful in the world 🏝 To get there you can stop by Manila for a day or 2. Maybe not as exciting or popular as our fellow South East Asian countries, but it has its own charm. 😊
Love your vlogs! So relaxing, love the soundtrack and the shots :) would you mind sharing your top underrated gems for value for money food in Makati? I'd love to try out more restos in the area. Thank you in advance :)
I saved your Fukuoka vlog to watch today as part of my Sunday wind down ritual. 0:28 Omg. I didn't even know that cafe existed. That's at the back of my street! I only like to go to Panco or Yardstick. Hope to bump into both of you one day! I cross to the park to go to Orga to buy eggs! Have you guys tried the Japanese bakeshop called Tomono along Soria? They sell yummy pear danish! (Sorry. Not related to coffee but it's yum). 1:59 Omgeee. When was this? I live 10 baby steps away. Lol. 2:59 We're so blessed to have a park 'no? Did you guys hear that the Dela Rosa Parking (at the end of Rada, Castro, Palanca, Gil) from the corner of Paseo to right before Rodriguez will be demolished and turned into a park? Ain't that a treat! Same goes for that space across Makati Shang, 6750 and Glorietta where UCC used to be. It'll be a park too! 😊 Whoa. I was just at Crosta at 3pm to pick up my basic truffle pizza. I'll try the weekend special next! You guys should fly to HK and try out CIAK Pizza (in Quarry Bay). The chef is from Umbria and the crust is gossamer thin! (The mother leaven is 20 years old and is made from Pinot noir grapes. Same stuff used for the bread they serve). Another yummy pizza haunt is the Roman pizza chain, Alice that serves by the slice. It is really goood! 😊🎉❤ (Dami ko nang na share. Lol) I am today years old. I dunno By Sonja and Kengan Rasa ...I gotta try them out 😮
Hey neighbor! Hope to bump into you one day too 👋🏻 Yes, lucky we have so many walkable parks nearby. Had no idea even 6750 was going to be a park too. Ooh, we had the sisig at 1:59 just a few days ago actually! Always hits the spot. And yes! Reminds us to visit Tomono again. 😊
OMG kittehs galore 😻😻😻 I'm so curious about the open farm area for the summer shoot! Please share more if you can! Also the people at Balay Kobo are too cool 🙀
Been working in Makati for over 7 years now and I still haven't explored the city that much. Definitely saving this video for when I finally have the time and energy to go around. :)) Thanks for another enjoyable vlog, Ralph and Sam! See you in the next one! :))
