I'm not certain if you're currently doing this, but if you're not, I wanted to encourage you to start tithing. You mentioned wanting to improve your finances, and I didn't grasp the significance of tithing until my 30s. It's something I wish I had begun earlier. You can achieve more with 90% guided by God than with 100% on your own. So happy your mom is doing better. Enjoyed the video !!

Prayers for your mom. Glad she is doing better now. I lost my dad in 2017. Family comes first. I completely understand what it’s like to have a dog. I had a Maltese who had a stubborn side. There’s nothing in this world that compares to losing your mom. Your mom has lived a life without you, but you have never lived life without your mom. I’ve hardly ever commented on your videos but I’ve watched them all . I admire you from years ago and still do especially as a creator. I’m happy your parents especially your mom is doing better , as a child with older parents I get it ❤. As it relates to how you feel showing up on the internet , as a viewer I feel you may be feeling this way because you’ve gotten into your own head about what you create and the value you give maybe based on your peers . I hope this makes sense. My unsolicited advice would be to tap back into your roots but of course in an elevated way and don’t forget who YOU ARE , even when it seems like the world doesn’t see it ❤❤❤

@idesign8 It was refreshing to hear you speak about the challenges you face as a content creator....struggling to show up sometimes but having to because it's your job or feeling like your creativity is limited for some sponsorships. As an aspiring content creator I enjoyed hearing about the reality of content creation..it oftentimes is only glamorized, but hearing about the challenges helps me to have more realistic expectations. More people are interested in becoming content creators and I think hearing about the challenges as well as the rewards can help them set realistic expectations as well.

You should have a storage sale...kinda like a "yard sale" especially for stuff that just has been sitting in vacuumed sealed boxes. ...places like Plato's closet, poshmark etc etc are good for making a coin on quality items ....and of course Goodwill is always a wonderful option

Sorry to hear about your mom's health scare. Parents getting older is a crazy experience. I'm a mom and I think about it from the perspective of the parent and the child and it's literally WILD. I too was feeling blah earlier in the year I ended up being laid off and it sent me on a path to rediscover what was important to me and set goals that better align with my happiness. I'm in a MUCH better place now and start my new job on Monday. I'm pouring more energy into me and LISTENING to what my spirit is saying vs always push forward anyway. I pray for your continued peace and for the creator to direct your next steps to exactly what you need and desire ❤ Don't Forget to listen to yourself

I'm glad things worked out for your mom. My story is sort of similar to mine with my mother. She also had health issues for a while. My mother passed away 2021. Love on your parents now because we never know when it's their time.

Glad your mom is doing so much better. Thank God you’re not too far from there location wise. My parents are in their 70s as well and I keep thinking I need to move back to the East coast in case something like this were to happen. Thank you for sharing. On another note, not saying you’re going to watch your finances then going to Sephora and Ulta 😅😂 I know this struggle girl!

Hello, I haven’t commented in a while. I’m glad your mom is doing well. I appreciate your honesty. From experience you are absolutely right, nothing can prepare you when life happens. I find myself of showing up to a career that I don’t know if I care for anymore. Sometimes I don’t want to show up at all. I Definitely felt that giving your dog the head up 😂 I have a pug that gives me hell sometimes. It’s not always cute and fun being a dog owner.
